Vacation Scheduling. (a) Employees shall indicate their vacation preference by March 31st of each year, and the Employer shall post the final vacation schedule by May 1st of each year. Vacation Scheduling. Vacation Scheduling. (a) Employees shall indicate their 17.01 The vacation preference by March period will extend from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The Company reserves the right to limit and/or restrict the number of employee taking vacation during peak business periods to meet the demands of the operations.
a) The Company will post a general announcement on November 1st asking employees to determine their vacation preference, and if any, for the Employer shall post the final vacation schedule by May 1st of each following year. Choice Vacations must be scheduled in increments of four or five days (one work week), as applicable. Vacation Scheduling. (a) Employees shall indicate A. D. At the discretion of the location manager, employees may be given the option to work through their scheduled vacation and receive the appropriate vacation pay.
E. Vacation must be used within twelve (12) months of the employee’s anniversary date.
F. Should an employee be prevented from using a vacation week due to management denial of requests, the unused vacation may be taken in the first six months of the succeeding year.
G. Unused accrued vacation will not be unreasonably and/or arbitrarily withheldpaid upon separation from employment.

Vacation Scheduling. (gd) Subject to operational requirements, the Employer will give consideration to an employee's request Requests for vacation between the period December 15 and January 15, provided the employee will be fulfilling her or his commitment to work either Christmas or New Year's. Notwithstanding the above, employees may request vacation over Christmas and New Year's with the intent that she/he would get Christmas and New Year's off. Such request shall not be unreasonably denied. Preference will be given to more senior employees. Employees wishing such consideration shall make such request by October 1withheld.
