Vendor Staff Qualifications and Removal. All Vendor Staff shall be properly trained and qualified. Upon request, Vendor shall furnish a copy of all technical certifications or other proof of qualification to Citizens. All Vendor Staff must comply with all reasonable administrative requirements of Citizens and with all controlling statutes, laws, and regulations relevant to the Services. If Xxxxxx knows or learns of circumstances indicating that a Vendor Staff member (i) lacks the proper training or qualifications to perform the Services; or, (ii) is lacking in honesty or integrity, then Vendor will not allow that person to perform Services under this Agreement. Further, if Citizens determines that a Vendor Staff member is unsuitable for his/her role under this Agreement for any reason, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, experience, abilities, academic qualifications, credentialing, licensure, veracity, or conduct, Citizens has the right to disallow that person from performing in such role and to require Vendor to promptly provide a qualified replacement reasonably acceptable to Citizens.

During the term of this agreement, should Vendor add additional Vendor Staff, Vendor must update Citizens with the same information within fourteen (14) calendar days in order to be eligible to provide Services under this agreement. All Vendor Staff shall be properly trained and qualified. Upon request, Vendor shall furnish a copy of all technical certifications or other proof of qualification to Citizens. All Vendor Staff must comply with all reasonable administrative requirements of Citizens and with all controlling statutes, laws, and regulations relevant to the Services. If Xxxxxx knows or learns of circumstances indicating that a Vendor Staff member (i) lacks the proper training or qualifications to perform the Services; or, (ii) is lacking in honesty or integrity, then Vendor will not allow that person to perform Services under this Agreement. Further, if Citizens determines that a Vendor Staff member is unsuitable for his/her role under this Agreement, Agreement for any reason, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, experience, abilities, academic qualifications, credentialing, licensure, veracity, or conduct, Citizens has the right to disallow that person from performing in such role and to require Vendor to promptly provide a qualified replacement reasonably acceptable to Citizens.

Should Vendor add additional Vendor Staff, Vendor must update Citizens with Vendor Staff name and information prior to being eligible to provide Services under the Agreement. In accordance with Section 5., all Vendor Staff shall be properly trained and qualified. Upon request, Vendor shall furnish a copy of all technical certifications or other proof of qualification to Citizens. All Vendor Staff must comply with all reasonable administrative requirements of Citizens and with all controlling laws and regulations relevant to the Services. If Xxxxxx knows or learns of circumstances indicating that a Vendor Staff member (a) lacks the proper training or qualifications to perform the Services; or, (b) is lacking in honesty or integrity, then Vendor will not allow that person to perform Services under this Agreement. At Citizens’ discretion, Citizens’ Contract Manager or designee may review and approve all Vendor Staff submission documents prior to any Vendor Staff being approved to provide Services on behalf of Vendor, under the Agreement. Further, if Citizens reasonably determines that a Vendor Staff member is unsuitable for his/her role under this Agreement, Citizens has the right to disallow that person from performing in such role and to require Vendor to promptly provide a qualified replacement reasonably acceptable to Citizens.

Complete and maintain all required training courses as mandated in state and locality of employment. Vendor to provide documentation upon request to validate compliance; 3.3.3. Meet all state licensing requirements prior to placement, including, but not limited to, the state guidelines for a Class “G” Statewide Firearms License (Sections 493.6301(4) and (5), F.S. b. Statewide Firearm License — Class “G” license. Any individual who carries a firearm while on duty must have a Class “G” license in addition to his Class “D” or manager’s license; 3.3.4. First Aid/CPR/AED certified and maintain certification throughout assignment with Citizens. Vendor to provide documentation upon request to validate compliance; 3.3.5. Vendor to provide a Management of Aggressive Behavior program (MOAB) or something similar to all officers. Vendor to provide documentation upon request to validate compliance; 3.3.6. Adhere to all applicable federal, state and local rules, regulations, laws and any other guidelines required by Citizens. 3.7.4. Possess fluency in the languages for which they are assigned to provide Services. 3.7.5. Must be physically located within the continental United States when providing Services.
