Wages and Reimbursements. A. All wage rates shall be increased by 2.75% effective the first full pay period following the ratification of this Agreement, with payment made to Employees retroactively to January 1, 2021. All wage rates shall be increased 2.75% effective the first full pay period following January 1, 2022, and 2.75% effective the first full pay period following January 1, 2023. Increases may become effective before this time if deemed to be administratively more efficient by the Chief Financial Officer. All wage rates are contained in Appendix A of this Agreement.
Wages and Reimbursements. A. Beginning the first pay period following January 1, 2020, Sergeants at Step 1 shall be paid 7% above the top police officer, Sergeants at Step 2 shall be paid 10% above the top police officer, and Sergeants at Step 3 shall be paid 14% above the top police officer. Beginning the first pay period following January 1, 2021, Sergeants at Step 3 shall be paid 14.25% above the top police officer. Beginning the first pay period following January 1, 2022, Sergeants at Step 3 shall be paid 14.5% above the top police officer. Based upon the differentials set forth above, the wages for the year 2020 shall be as follows: A B C 2020 45.37 46.64 48.34

  • PAYMENT OF WAGES AND ALLOWANCES 25.01 The Employer shall pay salaries and wages bi-weekly in accordance with Schedule “A” attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement. On each pay day, each Employee shall be provided with an itemized statement of his/her wages and deductions. Deficiencies in an Employee’s pay in excess of $50.00 shall be paid by way of an advance within three (3) days of advising the Employer.

  • Wages and Allowances The wages contained herein at Clause 7 – Wages Schedules will be in lieu of the wages described in other Appendices of this Agreement but are to be read in conjunction with Clause 4 of this Appendix. The allowances will apply as contained in Appendix A unless mentioned otherwise in this Appendix.

  • REIMBURSEMENT OF FEES AND COSTS The Parties acknowledge that Xxxxxxxx and his counsel offered to reach preliminary agreement on the material terms of this dispute before reaching terms on the amount of fees and costs to be reimbursed to them. The Parties thereafter reached an accord on the compensation due to Xxxxxxxx and his counsel under general contract principles and the private attorney general doctrine and principles codified at California Code of Civil Procedure § 1021.5, for all work performed through the mutual execution of this agreement. Under these legal principles, X. Xxxxx shall reimburse Xxxxxxxx’x counsel for fees and costs incurred as a result of investigating and bringing this matter to X. Xxxxx’x attention, and negotiating a settlement in the public interest. Within ten (10) days of the Effective Date, X. Xxxxx shall issue a check payable to “Xxxxxxx Xxxxx” in the amount of $16,500.00 for delivery to the address identified in Section 3.2(a)(i), above.

  • Reimbursements To the extent required by Section 409A, each reimbursement or in-kind benefit provided under this Agreement shall be provided in accordance with the following:

  • Reimbursement of Travel Expenses If the Servicer provides access to the Review Materials at one of its properties, the Issuer will reimburse the Asset Representations Reviewer for its reasonable travel expenses incurred in connection with the Review on receipt of a detailed invoice.

  • Cost Reimbursement This payment method is based on an approved budget and submission of a request for reimbursement of expenses Xxxxxxx has incurred at the time of the request;

  • Meal Reimbursement 1. If an employee is required to work one and one-half (1-1/2) hours before or beyond his/her normal working day or on overtime for emergency purposes or for extended work periods of five (5) or more hours in length on a day that is not the employee’s regular work day, and the employee is not exercising flexible work hours, the employee shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of a meal/food items not to exceed $18.00, plus tip (not to exceed 15%) and applicable taxes. Reimbursement is contingent upon the employee providing receipts.

  • Reimbursement of Costs City may reimburse Consultant’s out-of-pocket costs incurred by Consultant in the performance of the Required Services if negotiated in advance and included in Exhibit A. Unless specifically provided in Exhibit A, Consultant shall be responsible for any and all out-of-pocket costs incurred by Consultant in the performance of the Required Services.

  • Transportation Reimbursement Employees who, during the course of their normal duties, are required to actually transport clients/consumers/felons in their own personal vehicle on a regular basis, are eligible for reimbursement for the cost of an automobile rider to their existing insurance policy. To be eligible for the reimbursement, the employee must demonstrate the following:
