WORK ATTITUDES.Β VALUE SCORE RATING 2 EFFORT TO IMPROVE: Does the Officer regularly utilize correction given by the supervisors and draw from the experiences of other officers? Does he/she show interest in obtaining further, more specialized training both on and off-duty and through in-service training? Appendix II 2 INITIATIVE: Does the Officer regularly confer with his supervisors in an attempt to formulate new approaches to solving problems and meeting enforcement objectives? Are some of the investigations, which he/she conducts, initiated as a result of information received during the course of routine patrol as opposed to being done as assigned tasks? 2 ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY: Does the Officer accept the responsibility of completing follow-up investigations and patrol work? Does he/she seek additional responsibility (I.E. specialized assignments, technical investigations, etc.)? OVERALL WORK PERFORMANCE Satisfactory  Needs to Improve  Unsatisfactory  Comments and/or Commendations: As provided for in Education Code Section 44031, you may respond to this communication and all supporting attachments within ten (10) days or thereafter. However, in ten (10) days, this performance report and all attachments will be placed in your personnel file.

  • Overbuilds Sprint will not provide non-discriminatory access to FTTH Loop or FTTC Loop on an unbundled basis when Sprint has deployed a FTTH Loop or FTTC Loop parallel to, or in replacement of, an existing loop facility, except that:

  • HOURS OF WORK AND WORK SCHEDULES 22.01 Except for employees subject to a particular work schedule according to clause 22.10, the duration of the regular work week is established at thirty-five (35) hours generally worked between 9:00 and 17:00 from Monday to Friday.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • WORK ACCESS The Association shall provide a current, written list of its Association Representatives to all heads of departments, offices, or bureaus represented herein and the CAO. The Association shall be responsible for keeping the list current. An Association Representative shall have access to department, office, or bureau facilities where Unit members are employed during regular working hours to assist employees covered under this MOU in addressing grievances when such Association assistance is requested by a grievant(s) or to investigate matters arising out of the application of the provisions of this MOU. The Association Representative shall request authorization for such visits by contacting the designated Management representative of the head of the office, department, or bureau. In the event immediate access cannot be authorized, the designated Management representative shall inform the Association Representative as to the earliest time when access can be granted. This Article shall not be construed as a limitation on the power of the head of a department, office, or bureau to restrict access to areas designated for security or confidential purposes.
