WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. The work covers park improvements to Olive Bowl Park, Lindsay, California. Work includes clearing, grading, paving, site utilities, electrical service, security and sports lighting, ball fields, chain link backstop, skate park, play areas, exercise stations, site furnishings, welcome sign, concrete headers, walks, slabs and curbs, asphalt base and paving, masonry block walls, ornamental fencing, restroom/concession buildings, shade shelters, water quality detention, decomposed granite paving, landscape planting, automatic irrigation system, 30 day plant establishment period and 60 day project maintenance. The work to be performed shall include, but not be limited to, the items described. All work shall include the furnishing of labor, services, tools, equipment, materials, appurtenances and incidentals necessary to install and complete the work contemplated per the plans and specifications.

This Contract is for the Potable Water Clarifier Tank – Accelator #3 Rehabilitation, located at 0000 Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxx., Naples, Florida 34102; as described and specified herein. The Work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, permitting, and ancillary items for the Rehabilitation of the facility consisting of, but not limited to, the following: 1. All work for the Project shall be constructed in accordance with the Specifications herein, all applicable building codes, approved submittals provided by the successful bidder, and strictly adhering to all manufacturer’s recommendations and requirements of the selected products. 2. The proposed improvements will be awarded and completed, if award is made, under one Contract.

This Contract comprises the construction of the new Oak Grove Forcemain installation as shown on the Construction Drawings and specified in the Contract Documents including the General Conditions, Special Conditions, and Technical Specifications. All driveway cuts and repairs in-kind. 8. Traffic Control 9. Demolition and removal as required per the approved plans 10. All associated mobilization/demobilization, demolition, tree removal, proper disposal of drilling mud and other fluids and materials, required staging and work areas, removal, disposal and replacement of unsuitable soils, dewatering, all joint materials, fittings, gaskets, adapters, and coatings, all testing, soil erosion and sedimentation control, maintenance of traffic, complete project area restoration, adherence to all permit requirements including sampling and monitoring, project photographs and videos, as-builts and record documents, and all other work and appurtenances shown on the Construction Drawings and indicated or implied in the Contract Documents and Specifications, or required for the forcemain system complete and ready for use. B. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, services and incidentals to complete all Work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Construction Drawings. C. The Contractor shall perform the Work complete, in place, and ready for continuous service, and shall include repairs, testing, permits, cleanup, replacements and restoration required as a result of damages caused during this construction. All materials, equipment, skills, tools and labor which is reasonably and properly inferable and necessary for the proper completion of the Work in a substantial manner and in compliance with the requirements stated or impl...
