Work Week/Full-time Employees. The basic work week of a full-time employee shall be forty (40) hours to be worked in five (5), eight (8) hour days, as scheduled by the Co-operative. Where possible, employees who so wish, will have their work weeks scheduled in consecutive days. This shall not be construed as a guarantee of hours.

Work Week/Full-time Employees. The Operational work week consists of twenty-four (24) hours per day commencing from 12:00 a.m. on the Monday to 11:59 p.m. on the following Sunday. Except as agreed otherwise by the Union and the Employer the work week for full-time employees shall be forty (40) hours to be worked in five (5) consecutive shifts of eight (8) hours per day. Subject to operational requirements, employees in Pultrusion, IMD, or Finishing may be scheduled twelve (12) hour shifts to be worked as follows:
Work Week/Full-time Employees. The work week for payroll purposes shall commence at 12:01 a.m. on Sunday and shall end at midnight on the following Saturday.

The employees’ shifts shall be either of the following three (3) shifts: 6:55 a.m. to 3:10 p.m. or 6:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. 6:00 a.m. to 3:10 p.m. (9.5 hours pay) The Employer may change employees’ shifts upon providing at least two (2) weeks’ notice to the employees and to the Union. In the event of substantive changes to the shift times, seniority will govern regarding choice of shift, provided the employees are able to do the required work.

Ten (10) hour shifts shall be offered by seniority within the Petroleum Department, and be voluntary, however, if there are insufficient number of volunteers, the Co-operative will assign the shifts in reverse order of seniority. Where possible, employees who so wish, will have their work weeks scheduled in consecutive days. Employees in the Petroleum Department on four (4) ten (10) hour working days shall have a minimum of two consecutive days off scheduled in each rotation. This shall not be construed as a guarantee of hours.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38 hours per week. The employee’s ordinary hours of work will not exceed an average of 38 hours per week over a 4 week period. Although the actual hours of work may vary from week to week, with some weeks greater than 38 hours and other weeks less, the employee will not work in excess of 152 ordinary hours in any four week period.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Less-Than-Full-Time Employees (a) For less-than-full-time employees (including part-time, seasonal, and intermittent employees), who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in the month, the Employer shall contribute a prorated amount of the contribution for full-time employees. This prorated contribution shall be based on the ratio of paid regular hours to full-time hours to the nearest full percent, except that less-than-full-time employees who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month shall receive no less than one-half (½) of the contribution for full-time employees.

  • Full-Time Employee A full-time employee shall be an employee who is normally scheduled to work not less than forty (40) hours per week, consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour working days.

  • Regular Full-Time Employee A regular full-time employee is defined as one in respect of whom there is a regular schedule of work providing 70 hours of work biweekly.

  • Full-Time Employment Employees who are employed on a full-time basis will work 38 ordinary hours each week or an average of 38 ordinary hours each week over a cycle of shifts.

  • Full-Time Employees Only Employees will be allowed to participate in health and welfare benefits plans during the year of the leave, but the full cost of such plans will be borne by the employees. Contributions to the Hospitals of Ontario Pension Plan will be in accordance with the Plan. Notwithstanding the above, employees will not be eligible to participate in the disability income plan during the year of the leave.
