WORKPLACE RELATIONS COMMITTEE. 23.01 Within thirty (30) days of the coming into effect of this Collective Agreement, the parties will form a Workplace Relations Joint Committee of a minimum of two (2) members appointed by the Employer and a minimum of two (2) members appointed by the Union one of which shall be the Unit Chairperson. A Staff Representative and/or a representative of the Local Union may also be present at meetings of the Committee.

WORKPLACE RELATIONS COMMITTEE. 12.1 VARA has established a Workplace Relations Committee (WRC) to oversee the application of the Agreement and to consult on any definite proposals which may have a significant effect on Pilots.
WORKPLACE RELATIONS COMMITTEE. 17.1 The parties shall establish joint Workplace Relations Committees to discuss areas of mutual concern. The initial Committee shall consist of four (4) people selected by the Employer and four (4) people selected by the Union. The first meeting shall be held within sixty (60) days of the ratification of this contract. Thereafter, the Committee shall meet quarterly and either side has the option to propose additional meetings if mutually agreed.
WORKPLACE RELATIONS COMMITTEE. 19. A Workplace Relations Committee (WRC) will be established as the primary forum to facilitate discussions between Cancer Australia and its employees.
WORKPLACE RELATIONS COMMITTEE. 70.1 A Workplace Relations Committee will be convened to represent the collective interests of the Institute’s employees and to provide a forum for consultation on workplace matters, including implementation of this Agreement.

WORKPLACE RELATIONS COMMITTEE. A Workplace Relations committee of members of the Employer and the Union shall meet every six (6) months. The Committee will be defined as follows: The Committee shall be a permanent Joint Committee of the two (2) parties. The Employer shall have two (2) representatives to serve on this Committee. The Union may also have two (2) members to serve on this Committee. The Union Representative(s) reserves the right to attend these meetings in addition to the attending members. The committee is responsible for discussing the joint concerns of the Employer and the Union.
WORKPLACE RELATIONS COMMITTEE. A casual musician may be invited to attend Workplace Relations Committee meetings as a casual representative. Invited casual representatives may be eligible for a payment of one (1) call at the Level A Tutti Base Call Rate per meeting attended, up to a maximum of eight (8) calls in any calendar year. If more than one casual representative is invited to attend, the total number of calls payable to all casual representatives combined is no more than eight (8) calls in any calendar year.
