WORKPLACE RELATIONS COMMITTEE. 23.01 Within thirty (30) days of the coming into effect of this Collective Agreement, the parties will form a Workplace Relations Joint Committee of a minimum of two (2) members appointed by the Employer and a minimum of two (2) members appointed by the Union one of which shall be the Unit Chairperson. A Staff Representative and/or a representative of the Local Union may also be present at meetings of the Committee.

WORKPLACE RELATIONS COMMITTEE. 17.1 The parties shall establish joint Workplace Relations Committees to discuss areas of mutual concern.
