Workweek and Workday Defined. The work week is defined as a seven (7) consecutive day period beginning at 0000.00 hours on Sunday and ending at 2359.59 hours the following Saturday. The work day shall be defined as a twenty-four (24) hour period beginning at 0000.00 hours and ending at 2359.59 hours. All employees are eligible to participate in the Direct Deposit pay program when such program becomes effective. This electronic deposit of funds produces a check stub instead of an actual check at each pay period.

Where one boundary of a project fronts at least one of the above streets, then such project is deemed to be within the City of Melbourne.
