– WSIB SUPPLEMENT. 26.1 A Member who is receiving compensation under the Workers’ Safety Insurance Board as a result of a claim directly related to the Board shall be entitled to have the partial payment under the Workers’ Safety Insurance Board supplemented by the Board to provide payment of full earnings. The supplement paid to such Member shall be divided by the Member’s daily rate of pay to determine the number of days absent with pay and the same number of days shall be deducted from the Member’s Sick leave Credit Account in accordance with Article 27. If a Member does not wish to have the payment under the Workers’ Safety Insurance Board supplemented as provided by this Article, the Member must give written notice to the Manager, Employee Relations within thirty (30) days after receiving notice that the Workers’ Compensation claim has been approved.

– WSIB SUPPLEMENT. An Employee shall be allowed to use sick leave credits to supplement Worker’s Health and Safety Insurance benefits at the rate of one tenth (1/10) sick leave day for each full working day on Worker’s Health and Safety Insurance benefits subject to sick days being available. It is understood that the Worker’s Health and Safety Insurance payments and their supplement shall not exceed an Employee’s normal salary payable.
– WSIB SUPPLEMENT. An employee prevented from performing her/his regular work with the Employer on account of an occupational accident that is recognized by the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board as compensable within the meaning of the Act, shall receive from the Employer the difference between the amount payable by the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board and the employee's regular salary, up to six (6) months.
