XXX Teachers. 1. New teachers are entitled to a 20% reduction in timetabled teaching time in the first year of their appointment, and a 10% reduction in their second year.
XXX Teachers. D.All teachers By September 15th of each year each teacher shall be notified, in writing, of the name of his/her evaluator. In the case of a new teacher employed throughout the school year the notification shall be within thirty (30) days. Each new teacher shall be oriented by the building principal regarding the evaluation procedures. This orientation is to occur during the first four (4) weeks of the school year. One evaluation shall be conducted and completed not later than the first day of May and the teacher being evaluated shall receive a written report of the results of this evaluation not later than the 10th day of May.
XXX Teachers. Teachers hired by the District with three or fewer years of teaching experience will start at Step 3 of the salary schedule agreement. Teachers will remain at Step 3 until such time as their applicable teaching experience exceeds three years.
