Xxxxxx Conference. The Department Director (or his or her designee) or for Library employees, the Deputy Director of Library Services (or his or her designee), shall meet with the employee and his or her Union representative, or the affected employee may choose to make an appeal in written form. The Xxxxxx conference is the employee’s opportunity to present his or her side of the story. The Department Director or his or her designee shall issue a Xxxxxx decision sustaining, modifying or rejecting the discipline within ten (10) working days after the completion of the Xxxxxx conference with the affected employee, or if the employee chose to make an appeal in written form, receipt of the written appeal. This shall conclude Step 1 of the Disciplinary Appeal Procedure.

Xxxxxx Conference. The employee shall have the right to CSEA representation at the Xxxxxx Conference and may respond to the charges and allegations contained in the recommendation for discipline either orally or in writing. The Xxxxxx Conference will be conducted by an Administrator (Xxxxxx Officer) who:  Has no supervisorial/managerial authority over the accused employee, and  Has not been involved in bringing charges against the employee, nor  Has no prior knowledge of the alleged causes giving rise to the Recommendation for Disciplinary Action.  Alternatively, an Administrator from another District may conduct the Xxxxxx Conference.
Xxxxxx Conference. A conference at which the charges and incidents are reviewed with the unit member and the unit member is allowed to respond.
Xxxxxx Conference a. The purpose of the Xxxxxx Conference is to review the Notice of Recommended Disciplinary Action and Charges, charge by charge, incident by incident, to allow the unit member to respond to each charge and incident.
Xxxxxx Conference. If, after the above procedures have been followed, the employee wishes to respond orally or in writing to the disciplinary charges, he or she shall, within a specified reasonable time, request an informal (Xxxxxx) conference chaired by a neutral administrator other than the administrator recommending the disciplinary action. The Xxxxxx conference shall occur before the recommended disciplinary action is submitted to the Superintendent for recommendation to the Governing Board. The Superintendent’s designee shall issue a written decision to the employee within five (5) business days after the conclusion of the Xxxxxx conference, to either continue, discontinue, or reduce the proposed disciplinary action.
Xxxxxx Conference. The Xxxxxx Conference shall be conducted by a Xxxxxx officer who has the authority to conduct the informal conference. The purpose of this meeting is to answer any questions that might exist and to afford employees an opportunity to explain matters from their perspective, if the employee desires to do so. The Xxxxxx Officer shall issue findings within 10 work days indicating whether the charges should be sustained and proceed to hearing, reduced or modified, or withdrawn.
Xxxxxx Conference. Within five (5) business days of receipt of the notice of an adverse action, an employee may request a Xxxxxx Conference or provide a Xxxxxx response in writing in lieu of a hearing. The request or response must be in writing. If a Conference is requested, it must be scheduled within five (5) business days of the receipt of the request and held within fifteen

  • Evaluation Conference The final evaluation conference shall occur not later than the end of the fall term. The purpose of the final evaluation conference is to discuss with the probationary employee the results of the evaluation and announce the team's recommendation.
