Your Rights to Cancel. 33.1 Before the Service starts You may cancel Post Office HomePhone with Broadband and obtain a full refund of any money you have paid by contacting our Customer Services any time until the Service starts (or, if Post Office HomePhone starts before Post Office Broadband, at any time until the earlier of them starts). By “starts”, we mean the phone line becoming active so that you can make and receive phone calls, and/or your broadband connection becoming active to allow you to access the internet (whichever occurs first). However, please note that if you contact us to cancel Post Office HomePhone with Broadband at any time after 2pm on the Working Day before the Service is due to start, we may be unable to stop your phone and/or broadband services transferring to Post Office HomePhone with Broadband. This is for technical reasons relating to the disconnection and reconnection of your telephone line and broadband. In these circumstances, it is up to you to arrange an alternative supplier and you accept that if you cancel in these circumstances you may be without a working telephone line and/or broadband service until such time as another supplier can commence supply. You may also have to pay for any New Line Provision you have received, in accordance with Section 39 (New Line Provision – Your rights to cancel). If you cancel in this way we will refund any Charges you have paid in advance relating to Post Office HomePhone with Broadband except for any costs relating to any New Line Provision which we are entitled to recover under Part 4 (New Line Provision).
33.2 After the Service starts After the Service starts, you may cancel Post Office HomePhone with Broadband at any time up to 14 calendar days from the day after your Order Form is completed in accordance with section 5 (the “Cooling Off Period”) including where your Agreement has a Minimum Term. To cancel this Agreement during the Cooling Off Period you must notify us of your decision using the cancellation form available at: xxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx/ broadband-phone-cancel or by contacting our Customer Services. If you cancel in this way, you will still have to pay for any calls you have made and call features you have received during this period. Your Rights to Cancel. If you change your mind within 14 days of you signing an application form for the Service, you can cancel and we will stop providing you with the Service or help you to switch to another service, provided that you notify us in writing within that 14 day period. If you wish to stop receiving the Service after the 14 day period has expired, you can do so by giving one month’s notice to us in writing (unless otherwise agreed with us) as set out in the section entitled “Termination”.

Your Rights to Cancel. (a) You may cancel a Service by giving us 30 days’ notice. If you cancel a Service during an applicable Fixed Term for that Service, you may be liable to pay an Early Termination Charge in accordance with Clause 6.1.
Your Rights to Cancel. 12. 1. You can cancel Your Order at any time for any reason before 10 working days prior to the Event start date. You can do this by contacting Us via one of the methods set out in section 2 above. Please note that We need to receive Your notice of cancellation before 10 working days prior to the Event start date. This does not affect Your rights to cancel under this section 12.

You have the following rights to cancel Your Order where You choose to cancel because We delay the Event, We are affected by an Event Outside Our Control, We change the Agreement under section 3 to Your material disadvantage, or we change the Sessions under section 6.3 to Your material disadvantage: (a) if We have not started to provide the Event or related services to You, You may cancel Your Order by contacting Us in accordance with section 2 above; and (b) if We have started to provide the Event or related services to You, You may cancel Your Order by contacting Us in accordance with section 2 above.
12. 3. You may cancel the Agreement with immediate effect by giving Us written notice if:
(a) We break this contract in any material way and We do not correct or fix the situation within 30 days of You asking Us to in writing;
Your Rights to Cancel. 12.1 If you are not happy with these Terms and Conditions then you may cancel this agreement within 14 days of the day on which you receive your welcome letter and user identification information. You will not incur any extra fees or charges for cancelling this agreement in this way.
12.2 If you wish to cancel the agreement you must tell us in writing (which may include e-mail) to BBVA at Xxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, 00xx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx X00 0XX using the contact details set out on the final page of these Terms and Conditions.
12.3 We may suspend your use of the Service if:
(a) we reasonably believe that a person other than you has been giving or attempting to give us a payment instruction on your Account using the Service;
(b) we consider that your Security Code or Account has been or is likely to be mis- used; or
(c) we consider it necessary for fraud prevention purposes.
12.4 We may also refuse to act on a payment instruction you send us using the Service in the circumstances set out in Clause 6.3.3 of the General Banking Terms and Conditions.
Your Rights to Cancel. 12.1 You may cancel Your Order at any time before the Order is completed by giving written notice to Us. An Order is deemed completed in accordance with clause 11.3.
12.2 If you cancel an Order before the Order is completed You will pay Us all the costs incurred by Us up to the time of cancellation including all labour costs and the costs of all Parts.
12.3 If You have paid any sums in advance these will be applied to pay any sums due under clause 12.2 and any balance will be repaid to You or if there is a shortfall You must pay the amount of the shortfall.
Your Rights to Cancel. 4.1 To cancel your Contract for the Works, you can send a dated Letter of Cancellation to 00 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Salthill, Galway, H91TYA5 by registered post or by e-mail with request for Read receipt and acknowledgement of e-mail received by a member of ENERGIEXPRO® Customer Service Team.
4.2 If you cancel your Contract with ENERGIEXPRO® within 14 days of the Date of signing of the Contract for the Works, ENERGIEXPRO® will refund your entire First Instalment provided no installation of products has taken place. • If you cancel after 14 days from the Date of signing of the Contract for the Works ENERGIEXPRO® may retain such amount of your First Instalment to cover costs and expenses incurred by ENERGIEXPRO® up to the date on which ENERGIEXPRO® receives your notice of cancellation. These costs and expenses are limited to the following: • the cost of any goods that have been obtained solely for use in your Property and that ENERGIEXPRO® is unable to resell or to reuse; and • any other costs and expenses which ENERGIEXPRO® has incurred in connection with performing the Contract with you as a client, such as labour, transportation, and administration costs; and • any costs relating to planning permission or structural surveys
4.4 If you decide to cancel the Contract on or after the delivery of products to site, the costs incurred may exceed the amount of your First Instalment. In this case, ENERGIEXPRO® will retain the First Instalment and seek to recover such costs and expenses as listed above to the extent that they exceed the First Instalment.
Your Rights to Cancel. 8.1 You absolutely have the right to cancel your contract between you and the College at any time:
8.1.1 If you wish to cancel before the start of your programme, you can do this without incurring any financial liability. Any payments you have made at this point will be refunded in full.
