Students must provide appropriate documentation, complete an accommodation request form and submit to the Academic Advising and Success Center.
Dual credit students attending class on or off campus may initiate a Drop, Withdrawal Resignation form through the Hill College Dual Credit office or Academic Advising and Success Center.

Dual enrollment and Early Admission students are encouraged to meet with LSSC Academic Advising prior to initial registration and at least once per semester.

Annually Contracted Advisors (ACA) are full-time, non-tenure-track faculty members whose sole responsibility is to provide Academic Advising.
Students should contact the Academic Advising office on any PHSC campus for guidance to be sure they are using the most up-to-date processes.
Withdrawal from the university: The student wishing to withdraw from the university must contact the Academic Advising office to discuss reasons for withdrawal and process official forms.
Refer students to academic and student support services when appropriate including, but not limited to, the Library, Academic Support Center, Virtual Skills Lab, Academic Advising, and/or CARE Counseling.
The College will provide academic and workforce advising consistent with the policies of the Office of Academic Advising.
