Acknowledgement and Publicity. 1. The description “The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society” shall precede Grantee’s title or position in all relevant publications issued by the Sponsoring Institution during the period of this Grant. All news about the Grantee's research released by the Sponsoring Institution shall indicate that such research is being funded by The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as follows: “Supported by an Award from The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.” Presentations or posters at major meetings must include the LLS logo in addition to this statement. The LLS logo is available upon request from XXXXxxxxxxxXxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxx.xxx. 2. The Sponsoring Institution, the Grantee and/or the Sponsor shall notify LLS at XXXXxxxxxxxXxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxx.xxx at least seven (7) days prior to any advertising, promotion, publication, presentation or exhibition relating to the results of work supported by Grant funds from LLS. Notification shall include a copy of the materials intended for release, as well as the time, place and manner of disclosure. The Sponsoring Institution and Grantee shall cooperate with LLS in connection with any written, photographic, filmed, broadcast or any other forms of materials LLS elects to produce to publicize the work. 3. When support for a Grantee is, in part or whole, provided by a donor to LLS, the Grantee agrees, as a condition of receiving funds under this Agreement, to participate in promotional/publicity activities (including but not limited to meeting the Board of Trustees of the donor's affiliated organization, being interviewed for their newsletter, etc.) as requested. 4. LLS’s ability to award grants is dependent upon continued support from voluntary donations and LLS-sponsored events. It is expected that Grantees will make all reasonable efforts to attend and participate in events when requested by LLS.

Acknowledgement and Publicity. 10.1. The Recipient agrees, in any publicity in relation to the Funding, to acknowledge the financial or other support the Recipient has received from the Australian Government, in the manner approved by the Commonwealth.
Acknowledgement and Publicity. 6.1 The Business shall permit the RSC to publicise the Internship Grant and its association with the Business in such manner as the RSC may require form time to time (acting reasonably). 6.2 The Business shall obtain the RSC’s prior written consent to all promotional activity or publicity relating to the Internship Grant, including use of the RSC’s name and/or logo and must consult with the RSC’s Communications team on any press statements that may be issued about the Internship Grant. 6.3 In using the RSC's name and logo, the Business shall comply with all reasonable branding and publicity guidelines issued by the RSC from time to time. 6.4 In carrying out the Internship Placement, the Business shall not do or fail to do anything which may damage or have a detrimental effect upon the name and reputation of the RSC.

(2) In case that YOU operate a web-site for YOUR institution or entity YOU shall maintain a link from a prominent part of YOUR web-site to think-cell Sales' web-site, referring to the Software itself as an offer to YOUR employees, academic staff and students and to think-cell Sales as a sponsor of YOUR academic/nonprofit work.
Acknowledgement and Publicity. 14.1 Subject to the remainder of this Clause 14, the Parties shall agree to observe and follow a communication strategy to be agreed with between the Parties acting reasonably. 14.2 Neither party shall publish any press release or other formal communication concerning the Project without the prior written agreement of the other Party, save that: (a) either the Grant Recipient or Leathermarket JMB may communicate concerning the Project with residents in the area management by Leathermarket JMB or pursuant to their existing contractual or governance obligations; (b) information relating to the Project or to the funding of the Project shall be displayed on construction site hoarding provided that this is agreed in writing by the Authority. 14.3 The Grant Recipient shall acknowledge the Grant in its annual report and accounts, including an acknowledgement of the Authority as the source of the Grant. 14.4 The Grant Recipient shall comply with all reasonable requests from the Authority to facilitate visits, provide reports, statistics, photographs and case studies that will assist the Authority in its promotional and fundraising activities relating to the Project.

Acknowledgement and Publicity. 19.1 The Provider shall acknowledge the EYSFF Payment in its annual report and accounts, including an acknowledgement of the Council as the source of the EYSFF Payment where applicable. 19.2 The Provider shall not publish any material referring to the Service or the Council without the prior written agreement of the Council. The Provider shall acknowledge the support of the Council in any materials that refer to the Service and in any written or spoken public presentations about the Service. Such acknowledgements (where appropriate or as requested by the Council) shall include the Council's name and logo (or any future name or logo adopted by the Council) using the templates provided by the Council from time to time. 19.3 In using the Council's name and logo, the Provider shall comply with all reasonable branding guidelines issued by the Council from time to time. 19.4 The Provider agrees to participate in and co-operate with promotional activities relating to the Service that may be instigated and/or organised by the Council. 19.5 The Council may acknowledge the Provider's involvement in the Service as appropriate without prior notice. 19.6 The Provider shall comply with all reasonable requests from the Council to facilitate visits, provide reports, statistics, photographs and case studies that will assist the Council in its promotional and fundraising activities relating to the Service.

The Recipient shall ensure that it acknowledges the support of ARUK in any materials that refer to the Project and in any written or spoken public presentations about the Project [as follows: “Supported by Alzheimer’s Research UK”, or as may otherwise be directed from time to time.] Such acknowledgements (where appropriate or as requested by ARUK) shall include ARUK's name and logo in the format specified by ARUK from time to time. 6.3 In using ARUK's name and logo, the Recipient shall comply with all reasonable branding and publicity guidelines issued by XXXX from time to time. 6.4 In carrying out the Project, the Recipient shall not do or fail to do anything which may damage or have a detrimental effect upon the name and reputation of ARUK.
Acknowledgement and Publicity. 14.1 The Beneficiary shall comply with all instructions and guidance from the Authority or the Managing Authority in relation to acknowledgement and publicity of the Grant, including using any materials or templates which are provided to it for this purpose. Such acknowledgement and publicity may include, where appropriate, a statement on any website operated by the Beneficiary for business purposes, and/or a poster, plaque or billboard displayed on the Beneficiary’s land or premises. Further details of the publicity requirements applicable to Beneficiaries are set out in the Guidance. 14.1 Where the Beneficiary uses the name and logo of any other organisation in its publicity, it shall comply with all reasonable branding guidelines or instructions it is given in relation to the use of such name or logo. 14.2 The Beneficiary agrees to participate in and co-operate with promotional activities relating to WEG if required to do so by the Authority or the Managing Authority. 14.3 The Authority or the Managing Authority may acknowledge the Beneficiary's involvement in WEG as appropriate without prior notice. 14.4 The Beneficiary shall comply with all reasonable requests from the Authority or the Managing Authority to facilitate visits, provide reports, statistics, photographs and case studies that will assist them with any promotional and publicity activities relating to RDPE.
