Authorized Subscriber means any and all Subscribers that are authorized by the CAMC as of the 15th of any given billing month to receive any and all DBS Services.

For purposes of clarification, nothing herein shall restrict an Authorized Subscriber from viewing an Included Program on a portable Authorized IP Device outside of the Territory so long as the Included Program was received by such Authorized Subscriber on the applicable Authorized IP Device while such Authorized Subscriber and the Authorized IP Device are within the Territory.

CLICK-THROUGH shall mean a visible graphic or textual indication located within the Reuters Site which, when explicitly selected by a user, results in the presentation within the user's browser window of the Instxxxx.xxx xxxsite, the Instxxxx.xxx xxxsite or any other successor Instinet web site. Such presentation may be either in the current browser window or in a new browser window, at the sole discretion of Reuters. Authorized Subscriber means each individual or entity (i) who places an order through Dealer for Service on an Authorized Rate Plan, excluding all DMN rate plans, (ii) with respect to whom Dealer has forwarded all necessary Service activation forms to Company and has collected any required deposit or advance payment on behalf of Company, (iii) who is accepted by Company, (iv) for whom Service is activated AND (v) whose Service has not been terminated prior to the end of the month in which the Service is activated.
