Examples of First Exception Report in a sentence

  • If a Party breaches a Remedial Action Plan and does not remedy the breach within 5 Business Days of its occurrence, the Provider or the Authority (as the case may be) may issue a First Exception Report to that Party’s chief executive and/or Board of Directors.

  • If a Party breaches a Remedial Action Plan and does not remedy the breach within five (5) Working Days of its occurrence, the Service Provider or the Customer (as the case may be) may issue a First Exception Report to that Party’s chief executive and/or Board of Directors.
