Network Connection Charge. Company will waive the Network Connection Charge for Domestic Access Service. Dedicated Access Line (“DAL”): Company will waive the monthly recurring charge for DAL. Business Line Termination (CBL”): Company will waive the monthly recurring charge for CBL. Installation Waiver: The Company will waive the one-time installation charges associated with the implementation of Services provided under the Agreement except for the following services: (i) DCO Services, (ii) Managed Services, (iii) CPE, (iv) Services provided by Company incumbent local exchange carriers (“ILECs”) and (v) Wireless Services. Usage charges, monthly recurring charges, expedite charges, change charges, surcharges, charges for an unlisted or non-published number, any charges imposed by third parties (including access, egress, jack, or wiring charges), taxes or tax-like surcharges, or other Governmental Charges will not be waived. Initial Term: The “Initial Term” begins upon the Effective Date and ends upon completion of 36 months, at which time the Agreement is automatically extended (“Extended Term”) on a month-to-month basis until either party terminates it upon 60 days' prior written notice. Minimum Annual Volume Commitment: Customer agrees to pay Company no less than $1,400,000.00 (the “AVC”) in Total Service Charges in each twelve-month period during the Initial Term (“Contract Year”).
