Work in the Bargaining Unit. Work normally and regularly performed by employees in the bargaining unit shall not be performed on a regular basis by another NAV CANADA employee outside the bargaining unit unless that work also forms a bona fide part of the duties of that employee.
Work in the Bargaining Unit. An employee in the bargaining unit will not be required to perform work outside the bargaining unit.
Work in the Bargaining Unit. 7.01 Work in the Bargaining Unit Work normally and regularly done by an employee in the bargaining unit shall not be performed on a regular basis by another Corporate employee outside the bargaining unit unless that work also forms a bona fide part of the duties of that employee.
Work in the Bargaining Unit. Employees not covered by the terms of this agreement will not perform duties normally assigned to those employees who are covered by this Agreement, except in emergencies when bargaining unit employees are not available

Work in the Bargaining Unit. (a) Employees whose jobs are not in the bargaining unit shall not perform the functions of jobs in the bargaining unit except in emergencies, in instances when employees in the bargaining unit are not immediately available, or for training purposes. There will be no reduction in the number of employees due to the use of volunteers in the facility.
Work in the Bargaining Unit. The Employer will not permit any person (including volunteer assistants) to perform any function in a school which would eliminate the necessity for the Employer to employ a person to perform such function.
Work in the Bargaining Unit. (a) An employee in the bargaining unit will not be required to perform work outside the bargaining unit.
(b) An employee of the Corporation outside the bargaining unit shall not perform work normally done by employees in the bargaining unit, except for the purpose of training or to prevent or recover from operational disruptions resulting from circumstances beyond the control of the Corporation.
Work in the Bargaining Unit. Persons not covered by the terms of this collective agreement will not perform duties normally assigned to those Employees who are covered by this Collective Agreement except for past practices and emergency situations. Contract workers shall not displace full time Employees. The Employer agrees to make every effort not to lay off Employees or to contract out existing bargaining unit work for the life of the Collective Agreement. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Employer which prevents the Employer from meeting its financial obligations and of which may have an impact on the Employer’s ability to pay the Employees, the Employer agrees to meet with the Union to negotiate a resolution. Such resolutions will include but not be limited to the following measures:

Persons whose jobs, paid or unpaid, are not in the bargaining unit, shall not work on any jobs which are included in the bargaining unit which would result in or reduction in regular working hours of a permanent employee or permanent employees, except in cases mutually agreed upon by the Parties.
