In order to portray a consistent image it is important that all documents used within the project follow the same standards of layout, style and formatting as described in the Work Instruction.
The Supplier shall not unreasonably withhold or delay its agreement to any Draft Work Instruction issued by the Company in accordance with this Clause 4.
The Supplier shall use all reasonable endeavours to respond to a Draft Work Instruction within any specific timescale reasonably specified by the Company.
This Agreement and/or the relevant Work Instruction shall be deemed to be amended in accordance with the terms of any Variation signed by both Parties with effect from the effective date set out in the Variation.
Within five (5) Working Days of initial notification by the Company pursuant to this Clause 4.1 (or such other period as the Parties may agree), the Supplier shall (at its own cost) provide to the Company such information as the Company may request in connection with the proposed Additional Services and/or the Draft Work Instruction.
