Balance. Payment of the balance of the Direct Exhibitor's participation is due and payable on receipt of the corresponding invoice. If all the sums due by the Direct Exhibitor have not been received by 15 April 2025, the Organiser reserves the right to allocate reserved Sites to other Exhibitors.

Balance. Le montage du matériel devra être fini à l’arrivée de nos techniciens en début après-midi du jour du concert afin que ceux-ci puissent commencer à faire les réglages nécessaires avec l’aide des techniciens de la salle. La balance débutera dès que les techniciens donneront leur accord et aura une durée approximative de deux heures.
Balance. L’entretien et le dépannage de la balance ne peut être effectué que par le personnel de La Poste ou un prestataire de La Poste. Le Département s’interdit donc expressément toute intervention, de quelque nature que ce soit, sur ladite balance, sans une autorisation préalable de La Poste. En cas de panne, le Département avertit immédiatement La Poste par téléphone au numéro suivant : 0810 258 369, et l’Etablissement d’attache par tous moyens. La Poste fera ses meilleurs efforts pour intervenir dans les délais les plus brefs. En toute hypothèse, La Poste s’engage à accompagner le Département pendant cette période afin qu’il puisse continuer à réaliser les Prestations dans les meilleures conditions. La Poste peut faire évoluer les moyens de contact définis ci-dessus par lettre recommandée avec avis de réception, sans que cela nécessite la signature d’un avenant. Le Département s’engage à permettre au personnel de La Poste ou au prestataire désigné par La Poste de procéder aux vérifications périodiques réglementaires et aux opérations de maintenance/dépannage. Il s’engage en outre à permettre tout contrôle de cet équipement qui serait sollicité par les autorités compétentes. La localisation de ces différents éléments est décrite sur plan et figure en Annexe 3.
