VAT of any additional services you have booked together with French tourist tax, where applicable; • our holiday cancellation insurance premium if you have chosen this option. Your booking does not become binding until you receive our email booking confirmation setting out the details of your stay. You will be required to pay the balance of the price of your stay, including the price of any additional services you have booked including VAT and French tourist tax, where applicable, no later than 30 days before the start of your stay. If the balance is not paid by this date, your stay will be deemed cancelled and the cancelation conditions set out below will apply. Bookings made less than 30 days before your arrival date must be paid for in full unless more favourable conditions apply. You will be informed should any such conditions apply. ➢ No cooling-off period You should be aware that under section L. 000-00 00° of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), there is no cooling-off period for travel-related products including accommodation, transport, hospitality and leisure services to be provided on a fixed date or for a fixed period. ➢ Maximum capacity For safety and insurance reasons, the number of occupants on each pitch/in each unit may not exceed the stated capacity (no more than 1 to 6 people depending on the capacity of the pitch/unit in question) including infants. If it becomes apparent when you arrive that your party exceeds the maximum capacity of your pitch/unit, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the pitch/unit you have booked and we will not refund you the price of your stay. ➢ Under-18s For safety reasons, and unless otherwise authorised by email prior to your arrival and at your request, we cannot accept children under the age of 18 unless they are accompanied by their parents or grandparents for the entire duration of their stay with us.

Camping pitches can accommodate up to six people maximum (baby included).

Any booking of more than 2 accommodations by the same person or by different persons knowing each other and travelling together for the same destination on the same dates are considered as “group” bookings. No booking can be given to another person or rented. Management can refuse access for the persons who were not mentioned on the reservation form. Village Gévaudan Aubrac is not bound by a booking unless they has accepted it. Village Gévaudan Aubrac is free to accept or refuse any booking, depending on availability and in general, depending on any circumstances that are likely to be prejudicial to the execution of the booking made. Village Gévaudan Aubrac offers family holidays. We can refuse any booking that is against this principle or attempt to pervert it. Minors travelling without their legally responsible parent may not be admitted to the campsite. The balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before the start of the stay. Gîtes campsite 4 people, gîtes 4 people, 5 people, 6 people and furnished tent 6 people: Accommodations are available for arrivals between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. and must be vacated before 10 a.m. Late arrivals must be notified before 7 pm in order to prepare your arrival. We ask a deposit of 300 euros by credit card or in cash for the good state of the equipment and a deposit of 100 euros for the clean state of the accommodation (housework). Each rental is equipped with the necessary kitchenware, tableware, and bedding, except for the sheets and towels. All items listed on the inventory must be put back in place as they were on arrival.
