Booking conditions. ➢ Booking methods You can make a reservation at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, by telephone or directly on the specific campsite's website. All reservation requests must be accompanied by the following: • payment of a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay, including VAT. This includes the price of the services reserved and, if applicable, tourist tax. However, the campsite may apply a different amount, which will be specified in the Special Conditions, • payment of administration fees, the amount of which will be specified in the Special Conditions of each campsite, • the payment of cancellation insurance, if this option is chosen. The reservation made has no contractual value until the receipt of a written reservation confirmation by email, which summarises all the information relating to your stay. The balance of the price of the stay, including the price of the services reserved and VAT and, if applicable, tourist tax, is to be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay. In the event that the balance is not paid within the aforementioned period, the stay is considered cancelled, and our cancellation conditions described below apply. Any reservation made less than 30 days before the arrival date must be paid in full at the time of booking. If there are exceptional conditions in place, you will be informed of these. ➢ No right of withdrawal According to Article L. ▇▇▇-▇▇ ▇▇° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation, transport, catering and leisure services, which must be provided on a determined date or within a determined period. ➢ Maximum capacity For security and insurance reasons, the number of occupants cannot exceed the capacity provided for by the type of accommodation or reserved pitch, including newborns. Upon your arrival, if we notice that the maximum capacity of the accommodation or the reserved pitch has been exceeded, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation or the reserved pitch without offering a refund. ➢ Clients - Minors Minor children remain under the full responsibility of their parents and/or accompanying guardians for the duration of their stay. Flower campsites will only be able to book a stay for a minor if the child is under the responsibility of an accompanying adult or their legal representative.

Your booking does not become binding until you receive our email booking confirmation setting out the details of your stay. You will be required to pay the balance of the price of your stay, including the price of any additional services you have booked including VAT and French tourist tax, where applicable, no later than 30 days before the start of your stay. If the balance is not paid by this date, your stay will be deemed cancelled and the cancelation conditions set out below will apply. Bookings made less than 30 days before your arrival date must be paid for in full unless more favourable conditions apply. You will be informed should any such conditions apply. ➢ No cooling-off period You should be aware that under section L. ▇▇▇-▇▇ ▇▇° of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), there is no cooling-off period for travel-related products including accommodation, transport, hospitality and leisure services to be provided on a fixed date or for a fixed period. ➢ Maximum capacity For safety and insurance reasons, the number of occupants cannot exceed the capacity provided for by the type of accommodation or pitch reserved (1 to 6 people on camping pitches, OR 1 to 12 people maximum, depending on the capacity of rental accommodation as described on the campsite website), newborns included. If it becomes apparent when you arrive that your party exceeds the maximum capacity of your pitch/unit, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the pitch/unit you have booked and we will not refund you the price of your stay. ➢ Under-18s For safety reasons, and unless otherwise authorised by email prior to your arrival and at your request, we cannot accept children under the age of 18 unless they are accompanied by their parents or grandparents for the entire duration of their stay with us.

Booking conditions. All lets are non-transferable and may in no circumstances be transferred or sub-let. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Bookings may be made by fax, e-mail or telephone, but must be confirmed in writing (signed contract with depo- sit) within 5 days, after which the option will be cancelled without notice. On receipt of your booking and deposit (including a 25 € non-deductible, non-returnable booking fee, free cancel- lation warranty), we will send you a booking confirmation, depending on the places available.
Booking conditions. Contracting parties must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to contract and must not be under guardianship. The contracting party must be present for the entire duration of the stay. Bookings are valid only upon agreement by the campsite, after receipt of the deposit and either the completed and signed booking contract or acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale when booking online. • Camping pitch or rental bookings are made on a strictly personal basis. Under no circumstances may you sublet or transfer your booking without the prior consent of the campsite. • Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. • The basic package includes the pitch for a tent, trailer or camper for one or two people and access to the sanitary and reception facilities. Additional fees (extra person, pets, extra vehicle, etc ) are not included in the basic package rate and will be charged as add-ons. Camping pitches can accommodate up to six people maximum (baby included).

For bookings made more than 30 days before the start of the holiday, the deposit of 25% of the total price of the facilities booked must be paid to the camping at the time of booking. The balance must be paid to the campsite no later than 30 days before the start of a holiday. For bookings made less than 30 days before the holiday start date, payment must be made in full at the time of booking with the campsite. Le Bois Joly is not bound by bookings unless the camping has accepted them. Le Bois Joly is free to accept or refuse bookings, depending on availability and depending on any circumstances that are likely to be prejudicial to the execution of the booking made. Booking of camping pitches or rented accommodation is made strictly on a personal basis. Under no circumstances may you sublet or transfer your reservation without the prior consent of the campsite. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Any potential complaint concerning non-compliance of facilities with regard to contractual obligations must be notified in writing (recorded delivery) to the management of the campsite within 30 days of the end of the stay.
Booking conditions. The accommodation and / or pitches offered on our websites are intended exclusively for individual customers. For any group reservation request, you must contact us by phone or e-mail. We reserve the right to study the reservation request before accepting or rejecting it. The customer has the possibility to make his reservation online, by mail or on site. Regarding reservations on the website, the customer will receive these general conditions by email when confirming their option or reservation. After checking availability upon receipt of the request, the lessor accepts the reservation and sends the customer a confirmation by email containing the details of his stay (content of the services, dates and duration, price and payment terms). In the event of a request for a specific location or rental, the lessor will endeavor to satisfy the customer. However, the allocation of this location or accommodation may be changed, without any refund being requested.
