General information. The holder of the badge must comply with the police and operating regulations in force on motorways, toll facilities or car parks. The Holder is solely responsible for the use of the badge issued and undertakes to respect all the instructions for use brought to their attention, in particular: - not to have more than one badge in active mode in their vehicle (a badge is considered active as soon as it is no longer inside the protective pocket provided with the badge); - to correctly position the active badge on the windscreen according to the instructions in the user manual provided with the badge by the issuing company. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in the service being degraded and the Holder is at risk of invoicing anomalies. It is the effective presence of a valid, active and correctly positioned badge in the vehicle that allows the Holder to avail themself of the electronic toll contract and the prerogatives attached thereto. Under these conditions, the electronic toll transaction prevails and excludes any other method of payment of the amount due, even partial. If the Holder wishes to pay the amount due outside the framework of the electronic toll contract, it is up to the Holder to place their badge in non-active mode. The badge is independent of the vehicle and can be used by the Holder in different vehicles. However, it must under no circumstances be used at the same time for several vehicles following each other in the same lane or on several toll lanes.
