RETURNS. 18.1 - No complaints will be handled if they are not submitted within 15 days of the date of dispatch of the Goods.
RETURNS. In its online Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Merchant Partner must include its product return policy and refund terms. For this purpose the Merchant Partner must ensure that a return address is printed on its delivery documents and in its Terms and Conditions of Sale. The Merchant Partner must ensure the prompt and strict implementation of the product return policy, in accordance with regulations and within the statutory time frame. In the specific case of a recall campaign for products sold online and in parallel with warning its customers, the Merchant Partner will promptly notify RUE DU COMMERCE of the return without charge policy terms.
RETURNS. Any merchandise refused by Xxxxxx must be taken back by the Supplier within one week after receipt of the corresponding notification.
RETURNS. 10.1. Goods sold cannot be returned or exchanged without prior written agreement from C.M.D.
10.2. Xxxxx returned must have their carriage paid.

RETURNS. In the event of any conspicuous defect or non-compliance of the products supplied, duly ascertained by MTS under the conditions provided below, the purchaser shall be able to obtain free replacement or a refund for such products, at the option of MTS, excluding any compensation or damages. All returned products must be covered by a formal agreement between MTS and the purchaser. Any product returned without such agreement will be kept available to the purchaser and will not result in a credit note being issued. The costs and risks of returning the product remain the purchaser’s responsibility. No return request will be agreed after an interval of 72 hours from the date of delivery.
RETURNS. Merchandise may be returned to us only with our prior approval. When we accept returns, the merchandise must be received by us in original condition, without having been used. We can issue a credit only after we have verified and accepted in our stores the defectiveness thereof.
RETURNS. No product return will be permitted without the Vendor's prior and written agreement. In any event, the costs relating to the carriage of the returned products will be borne by the Customer after acceptance of the return date by the Vendor. No return of a specific product not on the price list will be accepted. The reimbursement to the Customer of the returned goods will be according to the quantities that can be put back into stock by the Vendor for the purposes of resale.
RETURNS. No return of the Product shall be allowed without the prior written consent of SEVA. The costs associated with the transport of returned products shall be borne by the Customer after acceptance of the return terms by SEVA.
