D’altro lato, sarà poi prestata una specifica attenzione alle fonti disponibili (sentenze, contratti, norme tradizionali e peculiari, prassi) per inquadrare giuridicamente la questione della proprietà in capo alla Magnifica Comunità di Fiemme delle acque presenti nei relativi territori, verificando se sia possibile prospettare – anche alla luce delle riforme succedutesi negli anni e/o dell’eventuale non uso – il permanere tutt’oggi di una titolarità dominicale del bene idrico in capo a tale ente. Si procederà inoltre ad una sommaria valutazione degli spazi che la normativa europea, nazionale e provinciale in materia di derivazioni idriche lascia aperti per un qualche sfruttamento di tale proprietà. Expertise and experience required We are looking for an experienced researcher (ER) with a strong background in Biomaterials and their application to Neurosciences who had recently obtained a PhD degree in this field or related fields.
