Access for Supervision a. The Concessionaire shall, at all reasonable times and on reasonable notice, afford access to the Project Site following grant of Vacant Possession thereof to the representatives of or Persons duly authorized by the Competent Authority concerned with safety, security or environmental protection to inspect the Project Site and the facilities thereon and to investigate any other matter within its authority and the Concessionaire shall further afford such Persons reasonable access to the Ecotourism & Adventure Park necessary to carry out their respective duties and functions.

Access for Supervision a The Concessionaire shall, at all reasonable times and on reasonable notice, afford access to the Project Site following grant of complete and uninterrupted Right of Way in respect of the Project Site thereof to the representatives of or Persons duly authorized by the Competent Authority concerned with safety, security or environmental protection to inspect the Project Site and the Facilities thereon and to investigate any other matter within its authority and the Concessionaire shall further afford such Persons reasonable access to the Project Site necessary to carry out their respective duties and functions. b The persons obtaining access to the Project Site shall conduct their operations at their own risk, cost and expenses and in such manner so as to cause minimum disruption to the development, O&M of the Project consistent with the purpose of the Person gaining such access.

Contractor shall not knowingly employ or contract with a worker without authorization to perform work under this Agreement or enter into a contract with a subcontractor that fails to certify to Contractor that the subcontractor shall not knowingly employ or contract with a worker without authorization to perform work under this Agreement. Contractor (a) shall not use E-Verify Program or Department program procedures to undertake pre-employment screening of job applicants while this Agreement is being performed, (b) shall notify the subcontractor and County within three days if Contractor has actual knowledge that a subcontractor is employing or contracting with a worker without authorization for work under this Agreement, (c) shall terminate the subcontract if a subcontractor does not stop employing or contracting with the worker without authorization within three days of receiving the notice, and (d) shall comply with reasonable requests made in the course of an investigation, undertaken pursuant to C.R.S. §8-17.5-102(5), by the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment. If Contractor participates in the Department program, Contractor shall deliver to County a written, notarized affirmation, affirming that Contractor has examined the legal work status of such employee, and shall comply with all of the other requirements of the Department program. If Contractor fails to comply with any requirement of this provision or C.R.S. §8-17.5-102 et seq., County may terminate this Agreement for breach and, if so terminated, Contractor shall be liable for damages.

  • Supervision The Recipient shall provide and maintain competent and adequate project management covering the supervision and inspection of the development and construction of the Project and bear the responsibility of ensuring that construction conforms to the approved surveys, plans, profiles, cross sections and specifications.

Contractor shall be solely responsible for all methods, techniques, sequences and procedures, and shall coordinate all portions of the Work. County will deal only through Contractor, who shall be responsible for the proper execution of the entire Work.
