Annual Field Training. 1. The Employer agrees to provide employees who have permanent status and who are members of either the national guard, state guard or any other reserve component of the military forces of the United States or the State of Wisconsin, now or hereafter organized or constituted under federal and state law, shall be granted a leave of absence without loss of pay not to exceed thirty (30) scheduled workdays in any calendar year. During this leave, each employee shall receive the employee’s base state pay less the base military pay received for those scheduled workdays, but such reduction shall not be more than the base state pay. Such leave shall be provided to enable employees to attend military schools and annual field training or annual active duty of training and any other federal tours of active duty which have been duly ordered and held. Annual Field Training. 1. The Employer agrees to provide employees who have completed the first six (6) months of their probationary period under s. 230.34, Wis. Stats., and who are members of either the national guard, state guard or any other reserve component of the military forces of the United States or the State of Wisconsin, now or hereafter organized or constituted under federal and state law, will be granted a leave of absence without loss of pay not to exceed thirty (30) scheduled work days in any calendar year. During this leave, each employee will receive his/her base state pay less the base military pay received for and identified with such attendance but such reduction will not be more than the base state pay. Such leave will be provided to enable employees to attend military schools and annual field training or annual active duty of training and any other federal tours of active duty which have been duly ordered and held. Such paid leave will not be granted to employees who are serving on extended active duty or for service as a member of the active armed services of the United States, or for absences of less than three (3) consecutive days. Employees will notify their immediate supervisor immediately upon receiving written or oral notice of their dates of military service. This provision does not apply to inactive duty training.

  • Field Trips Orange COUNTY funds may not be used to support any overnight and/or out of Central Florida travel, unless approved by the COUNTY’S Manager of the CCC or designee in advance. The AGENCY must have on file for field trip(s) that each participant, adult or minor, must have a signed release of liability form releasing the COUNTY from any liability. If the participant is a minor, the release must be signed by a parent/guardian. Central Florida is defined as Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Brevard, Lake, Polk, and Volusia Counties.

  • Field Training Officers The position of Field Training Officer (FTO) shall be held by a Trooper or Sergeant who most closely meets the requirements set forth by the Employer which are outlined in policy OSP-501.08. If the Employer determines there are an insufficient number of qualified volunteers, it may appoint other individuals to be FTOs. The District Commander shall make the final selections. A supplement of eight hundred dollars ($800.00) shall be given to all FTOs for the sixty (60) working day training period. This amount will be prorated in instances where the training period is cut short or lengthened. Field Training Officers and their trainees will be required to work twenty (20) days on each of the three shifts during the training period.

  • First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.

  • Annual Training The Governing Board shall receive initial training and annual training thereafter. Pursuant to O.C.G.A §20-2-2072 and relevant State Board rules, the training shall include, but not be limited to, best practices on school governance, the constitutional and statutory requirements relating to public records and meetings, and the requirements of applicable statutes and rules and regulations.

  • EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING 1. The State agrees to provide advice and counseling to employees with respect to career advancement opportunities and agency developments which have an impact on their careers.

  • Specialized Training The Agency agrees to provide state-wide minimum standards of training for specialized assignments or required duties, such as Emergency Response Team, Special Emergency Response Team, and other posts, where use of weapons, use of physical force or breathing apparatus are required.

  • Additional Information for Product Development Projects Outcome of product development efforts, such copyrights and license agreements. • Units sold or projected to be sold in California and outside of California. • Total annual sales or projected annual sales (in dollars) of products developed under the Agreement. • Investment dollars/follow-on private funding as a result of Energy Commission funding. • Patent numbers and applications, along with dates and brief descriptions.  Additional Information for Product Demonstrations: • Outcome of demonstrations and status of technology. • Number of similar installations. • Jobs created/retained as a result of the Agreement.

  • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.

  • Training Period The training provided for in this article shall be given during the hours of work whenever possible. Any such training outside of working hours shall be considered voluntary unless at the request of the Employer, in which case time devoted to training shall be considered as time worked.

  • Field Training Officer When a Public Safety Officer has been designated as a Field Training Officer for a new employee he/she will receive a five percent (5%) increase for all the hours they provide direct training/instruction.
