Annual Holidays Loading. 35.1 Before an employee is given and takes his annual holiday, or where by agreement between the Company and the employee the annual holiday is given and taken in more than one separate period, then before each of such separate periods, the employer shall pay the employee a loading determined in accordance with this clause: (Note: The obligation to pay in advance does not apply where an employee takes an annual holiday wholly or partly in advance - see subclause 35.4 of this clause.)

  • Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, etc If the last or appointed day for the taking of any action or the expiration of any right required or granted herein shall not be a Business Day, then such action may be taken or such right may be exercised on the next succeeding Business Day.
