Artist’s Obligations. (a) The Artist agrees to provide all labour and all materials for the production of the Artwork and its delivery to the installation site. The City will be responsible for installing the Artwork to the site.
(b) The Artist agrees to provide to the City stamped engineering drawings and specifications for the design of all foundations, attachments, methods and other requirements for the installation for the Artwork to satisfaction of the Director of Tourism and Culture or his/her designate.
(c) The Artist will collaborate with all persons engaged in the Project of which the Artwork is to be a part, and to exercise skill and diligence in producing and executing the Artwork.
(d) The Artist is responsible for all necessary safety measures while executing, completing and transporting the Artwork.
(e) The execution of the Artwork is solely the responsibility of the Artist. Some limited assistance with execution may be provided by maintenance staff of the City.
(f) Upon completion of the Artwork, the Artist will clean the Artwork and eliminate all dirt, imperfections and remove all extraneous material such as debris and remove all protective devices and structures.
(g) The Artist will provide written documentation at the end of the project outlining maintenance recommendations and a description of all primary and secondary materials used in the fabrication of the artwork including commercial names and suppliers of those materials.
(h) Up to and including the time of delivery of the Artwork to the site for installation, the Artwork will be the responsibility of and at the risk of the Artist. Upon delivery of the Artwork, the Artwork will be the responsibility of and at the risk of the City.
(i) Upon request, the Artist will provide the City with information regarding the Artist’s professional history, working process, concept and biography. The Artist hereby consents and authorizes the City to use and disclose such information, including the Artist’s name, in the City’s publicity, promotion and advertisement of the Project, Artwork and related activities, as the City deems necessary or desirable.
(j) The Artist acknowledges and agrees that the City will be responsible for all publicity, promotion and advertisement of the Project and related administrative activities.
(k) The Artist will be available at all reasonable times, upon reasonable notice by the City, to attend any related events, presentations, celebrations or necessary meetings for the creation, execution...

Artist’s Obligations. 4.1. The Artist undertakes and warrants that:
4.1.1. they are free to enter into this Agreement and have not entered into and will not in the future enter into any agreement or partake in any activity which could reasonably be expected to prevent or inhibit their performance and observance of any of their obligations under this Agreement;
4.1.2. to the best of their knowledge they are in good health and have no condition which would prevent the Producer from obtaining life, health, accident cast or other insurance covering their services at rates normal to their age and sex and without exclusions and without payment of any extra premium;
4.1.3. they will attend punctually the locations on the dates and times required by the Producer;
4.1.4. they will at all times provide their services to the best of their ability and skill and in line with services customarily provided by actors of comparable experience and calibre and in the type of production as identified in the Key Terms;
4.1.5. they shall at all times (throughout the Period of Service and prior to and during the Production’s first public broadcast or release) and in all public places conduct themselves in a professional and responsible manner and not do anything which could adversely affect or bring into disrepute the Production, the Producer or the relevant television network (if applicable). Examples of misconduct under this clause include, without limitation, illegal substance abuse, intoxication by way of alcohol abuse, excessive expressions of anger and/or any violent or abusive behaviour;
4.1.6. throughout the Period of Service when their services are not required they will keep the Producer reasonably informed of their whereabouts and provide the Producer with contact numbers and addresses and will not leave the city/town in which the Production is shooting without the prior consent of the Producer, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed;
4.1.7. so as to ensure they look and appear the same as they did at the date of this Agreement (this being acknowledged as being of the utmost importance to the Producer in ensuring they are able to meet the requirements of the Role) they will not cut/restyle, colour, or alter in any way their hair, teeth, eyebrows, skin, body size or general physical appearance including without limitation becoming underweight, overweight, or piercing, or tattooing any visible part of their body without the prior written consent of the Producer, and they wil...
Artist’s Obligations. (a) The Artist agrees to a provide digital file(s) of the Artwork at a resolution sufficient for the City of Xxxxxxxx to successfully enlarge the work to its full size. The City will be responsible for all costs and logistics to print the Artwork onto vinyl wraps, as well as the delivery and installation of the Artwork at the site.
(b) The execution of the Artwork is solely the responsibility of the Artist. Some limited assistance with execution may be provided by staff of the City.
(c) Upon request, the Artist will provide the City with information regarding the Artist’s professional history, digital working process and concept for the Artwork. The Artist hereby consents and authorizes the City to use and disclose such information, including the Artist’s name, in the City’s publicity, promotion and advertisement of the Project, Artwork and related activities, as the City deems necessary or desirable.
(d) The Artist acknowledges and agrees that the City will be responsible for all publicity, promotion and advertisement of the Project and related administrative activities.
(e) The Artist will be available, upon reasonable notice by the City, to attend any presentation, celebration or necessary meetings for the execution and publicity of the Artwork.
(f) The Artist will not directly or indirectly disclose or use, at any time, any confidential information acquired in the course of this Agreement.
(g) The City reserves the right to suspend work in the event of an emergency.
Artist’s Obligations. The Artist shall provide Services with due skill, time, diligence and care at the location, on the date and time agreed. The Artist shall use their own products in the provision of the Services, unless otherwise agreed upon. If the Artist is unable to perform agreed Services for any unforeseeable reason, or unavoidable situation, the Artist agrees to arrange for an equally qualified Makeup Artist/Hair Stylist/Assistant to complete the agreed upon Services for the same agreed upon terms of payment in accordance with this Agreement. The Artist shall use appropriate sanitary practices. The Artist shall be responsible for sub-contracting additional Makeup Artists/Hair Stylists/Assistants for large parties in order to perform the Services required in an appropriate time frame in accordance with the Services provision. The Artist is the sole director of the Services, and shall not be responsible for a less satisfactory result as the result of any interference in such direction by the Client or person present at the appointment.
Artist’s Obligations. The Artist will make a good faith effort to ensure that the Owner is credited whenever the Artwork is exhibited or cited in publications.
Artist’s Obligations. Artist will be required to have the utility boxes cleaned, prepped and primed prior to painting. Artist shall further register as a City volunteer prior to prepping or painting.
Artist’s Obligations a. The Artist will create and provide to the City the Work described in this Contract, in conformity with the Proposal and the terms of this Contract.
b. Artist will provide the Work to the City in a digital format.
c. Artist grants an irrevocable license for the use of the Work to the City, and to make reproductions of the Work for any municipal or public purpose, including but not limited to any publicity the City deems appropriate or beneficial (“License”). This License shall allow the City to establish the Work as a tourism feature of the City of Angleton, Texas, and shall be granted and belong to the City for the life of the Work. The License shall also extend to any reproductions of the Work made by the City or on behalf of the City, during and after the life of the Work, in furtherance of the public purposes of and benefits to the City.
Artist’s Obligations. The Artist undertakes to:
4.1 perform the part to be performed by him/her in terms hereof in a proper, diligent, competent and professional manner and to the best of his ability; and
4.2 abide by the decisions of the Company regarding the manner of presenting the Artist’s personality in the film and the clothes, make-up and hair style which the Artist shall wear and adopt during this performance; and
4.3 abide by all reasonable instructions and directions given to him/her from time to time by the Company concerning his performance; and
4.4 be present as and when required by the Company at such studios or on such locations as the Company may from time to time direct; and
4.5 comply with all studio and filming location regulations in force from time to time;
4.6 and take proper care of all property that may be entrusted to him/her by the Company or any other person in the employ of the Company during the period of this agreement and not permit any other person to use such property without the prior written consent of the Company first having been obtained;
4.7 and keep the Company informed of his whereabouts at all times during the period of this agreement;
4.8 and attend, when called upon to do so, all newspaper, radio and television interviews held for the purpose of promoting the film as well as photo and costume calls held by the Company from time to time subject to the Artists professional availability;
4.9 and should the Company so require, take part in auditions and screen tests, at such dates, times and venues as the Company may determine. The first of these auditions and screen-tests will be at no remuneration and the following of these auditions and screen-tests shall be remunerated at a mutually agreed rate. Should these be further than 50km from the Production Office, the Company will cover transport costs.
Artist’s Obligations. A. Artist shall cooperate with Company, regarding promotional appearances, information and photographic sessions, and other promotional activities, related to the marketing, distribution, and sale, of the New Project, as requested by Company, which shall be reasonable in scope and necessary to the marketing, distribution, and sale, of the New Project.
