ASSESSMENT OF LEARNING AND CONDUCT. 9.1 Students enrolled in COLLEGE courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement at the SCHOOL DISTRICT shall be held to the same standards of achievement as students in courses taught on the COLLEGE campus.
9.2 Students enrolled in COLLEGE courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement at the SCHOOL DISTRICT shall be held to the same grading standards as those expected of students in courses taught on the COLLEGE campus.

Students enrolled in COLLEGE courses offered under this Agreement at a SCHOOL DISTRICT campus shall be held to the same grading standards as those utilized in courses taught on the COLLEGE campus. Students enrolled in COLLEGE courses offered under this Agreement at a SCHOOL DISTRICT campus shall be assessed using the same methods (e.g., papers, portfolios, quizzes, labs, etc.) as students in courses taught on the COLLEGE campus. Students enrolled in COLLEGE courses offered under this Agreement at a SCHOOL DISTRICT campus shall be held to the same behavioral standards as those applied to students in courses taught on the COLLEGE campus. Students who withdraw from a course offered under this Agreement will not receive any COLLEGE credit for work completed and must submit appropriate information/paperwork by all published deadlines to avoid a “W” on their transcript. A dropped class will follow the COLLEGE drop date deadlines and may appear on the high school transcript as a college course depending on when the class was dropped. A student may complete the course to receive high school credit.

8.4 Students enrolled in courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement and held at the CUHSD campus shall be held to the same behavioral standards as those expected of students in courses taught on the COLLEGE campus.
8.5 Students enrolled in courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement and held at a CUHSD campus who have approved Section 504 Plans that provide accommodations to the educational environment such as extended time on tests or special seating shall be accommodated by WVMCCD. WVMCCD shall accommodate these students upon receiving notice of the approved Section 504 plan from CUHSD. Accommodations involving the provision of special equipment or services or additional personnel, such as sign language interpreters shall be provided by the CUHSD.
8.6 Students enrolled in courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement held at the CUHSD campus who have an Individualized Education Program (“IEP”) shall receive all programs and services provided for under the IEP by CUHSD. The WVMCCD has no responsibility to implement or accommodate any portion of a student’s IEP.
8.7 WVMCCD and CUHSD shall jointly draft a Notice to Parents that outlines the rights and responsibilities of students participating in the CCAP Program, and the respective responsibilities of the COLLEGE and CUHSD described in this Agreement.

9.2. Students enrolled in Napa Valley College courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement at the SCHOOL DISTRICT shall be held to the same grading standards as those expected of students in courses taught on the Napa Valley College campus and found in the faculty course syllabus.

9.4. Students enrolled in Napa Valley College courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement at the SCHOOL DISTRICT shall be held to the same behavioral standards as those expected of students in courses taught on the college campus. Both parties will work together in resolving behavioral issues.

ASSESSMENT OF LEARNING AND CONDUCT. 2.5.1. SCHOOL DISTRICT students may receive COLLEGE DISTRICT college credit and high school credit for Dual Enrollment Course(s) that he or she completes, as determined to be appropriate by the governing boards of the SCHOOL DISTRICT and COLLEGE DISTRICT, and in accordance with Education Code sections 48802 and §76001(c) and other state and federal laws.
2.5.2. Students enrolled in Dual Enrollment Courses shall be held to the same standards of achievement, grading, and behavior as students in courses taught on a COLLEGE DISTRICT Campus.
