Responsibilities of the College. The College has the responsibility and authority to manage and direct on behalf of and is held accountable to the public for all operations and activities of the College to the full extent authorized by law. The exercise of these powers, rights, authority, duties, and responsibilities by the College and the adoption of such rules, regulations, and policies as it may deem necessary shall be exercised so as to not conflict with the terms of this Agreement.
Responsibilities of the College. The College will be responsible for providing an online application for dual enrolled students and allowing authorized Private School personnel to confirm student eligibility for dual enrollment at the College. Authorized School Board personnel will only have access to the applications from students enrolled at their respective institutions. The College will retain the ability to manage access of the application materials through an administrator page. The Dual Enrollment Department at the College will create and maintain procedures for authorizing and approving users for the application.
Responsibilities of the College. A. The College shall assume full responsibility for Student education, including planning and executing the clinical and/or education programs.

The COLLEGE will plan and determine the adequacy of the educational experience of the students in theoretical background, basic skill, professional ethics, attitude and behavior. COLLEGE shall assign to the HOST only those students who have satisfactorily completed the prerequisite portions of the COLLEGE’s curriculum.
