ASSIGNMENT OF RUNS. Section 1. Regular run assignments and days off shall be picked separately at the same time and according to seniority. Regular run assignments shall be posted fifteen (15) days before the effective date, and run selections must be completed six (6) days before going into effect. Assignment dates will be on or about January 1, University Spring Semester closing, Lincoln Public Schools Spring Semester closing, University Fall Semester opening, or as often as deemed necessary by the City. In the event of a major routing change of more than thirty (30) days duration by the City, a general run assignment will be posted for bidding as provided herein if requested by the Transit Union, provided, however, that such general assignment will not take place less than thirty (30) days prior to the compulsory assignment dates. A run change of thirty (30) minutes or more shall require a new general bid.
ASSIGNMENT OF RUNS. Notwithstanding that, under the Mortgages, Borrower or a Guarantor, as applicable, has assigned to Administrative Agent for the ratable benefit of the Banks all of the proceeds of runs accruing to the Mortgaged Properties covered thereby:
ASSIGNMENT OF RUNS. 3.1 Subject to Section 3.8 herein, for the purpose of additionally securing the payment of the Indebtedness and to facilitate the discharge of any of the Indebtedness and as cumulative of any and all rights and remedies herein provided for, effective as of 7:00 a.m. local time wherein the Leases are located as of the date hereof, Mortgagor hereby exclusively bargains, sells, transfers, assigns, sets over and conveys unto Mortgagee, its interest in the Hydrocarbons, together with its share of the proceeds derived from the sale thereof (such proceeds being hereinafter called "proceeds of runs"). Mortgagor directs and instructs each purchaser of the Hydrocarbons to pay to Mortgagee all of the proceeds of runs until such time as such purchaser has been furnished evidence that all Indebtedness has been paid and that the lien evidenced hereby has been released. Mortgagor authorizes Mortgagee to receive and collect all sums of money derived from the proceeds of runs, and no purchaser of the Hydrocarbons shall have the responsibility for the application of any funds paid to Mortgagee.
ASSIGNMENT OF RUNS. A. All drivers shall have the right to bid for the runs according to seniority. There shall be 1 bid (sign up) annually which shall occur 60 calendar days after the first day of school. During that time regular and Special Education drivers will continue on the same runs and the same hours as they operated at the end of the previous school year. Additional bids may be held when a vacancy occurs, by seniority, and all runs will be posted no later than 2 weeks after vacancy.

ASSIGNMENT OF RUNS a) A driver may drop runes) after the selection process only with the approval of the administrator in charge of transportation. A driver will continue to be charged for the run or runs s/he drops.
ASSIGNMENT OF RUNS. The assignment of vacancies shall be made through the bidding process on an annual basis to be done at an annual mandatory orientation/in-service meeting to be held five (5) work days prior to the start of school for students. Drivers must be present to bid on a run. Routes will be assigned on the basis of seniority, past performance, driving record, qualifications and area of specialization. Second vacancies, such as Kindergarten, Voc-Tech., Band, etc., will be bid separately at the annual meeting, first among those drivers who do not have a second run. A driver may not bid on a second run which conflicts with their other runs.
ASSIGNMENT OF RUNS. All regular school runs shall be assigned at the beginning of the school year according to seniority based upon hours of the runs and size of vehicle. Prior to the closing of the school year, drivers will indicate to the Director of Transportation the size of vehicle they prefer by first, second, and third choice, and their preference for assignment on the basis of hours rather than vehicle. If a driver receives an assignment not satisfactory to him/her, he/she may then appeal to the Director of Transportation. It will be the judgment of the Director of Transportation as to whether a driver has the necessary skill and ability to handle a particular route and to handle the children who will be riding on that route. Regular school runs will be made known to drivers prior to the start of school. The assignment of runs will be made by the Director of Transportation. Xxxxxx notices for drivers will be mailed prior to the drivers’ annual meeting and must be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of postmark in order for the driver to continue his/her continuous employment. If, during the first semester of the school year, an individual run is assigned an additional 30 minutes or more per run, the run will be posted as a new run.
