Bargaining Unit Work 255. The City agrees that it will not assign work currently performed by employees under this Agreement to City employees in other bargaining units.
Bargaining Unit The term "bargaining unit" as used in this Agreement refers to the bargaining unit defined in Article 1, Recognition.

Bargaining Unit Description Except where otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, the bargaining unit shall comprise all employees included in the bargaining unit as in the Certification issued by the Labour Relations Board of British Columbia on November 27, 1973 as well as those employees not covered by the certification of the Movement of United Professionals, Local 378 Canadian Office and Professional Employees' Union, Local No. 378, or excluded from either union certification under the provisions of the Labour Relations Code.
