At a Basic Level of Service, no applications, websites, or services are blocked at any time. Activities such as email, online shopping, banking, and most web browsing may load faster and work better than applications that require high speeds, such as large file downloads or streaming media. When using a Basic Level of Service, you may find that content requiring high speeds is sometimes embedded in web pages, which may slow down the overall web browsing experience. Note that when your new billing cycle begins, the Service will automatically return to the normal high speed plan you subscribe to.

Basic Level of Service. The City of Pinole will provide the City of Vallejo with basic services as outlined below. • Live broadcasts for two Vallejo Council meetings, two Vallejo Planning Commission meetings and one monthly meeting TBD. One-time onsite equipment training session. The cost for this training, which will be borne by the City of Vallejo, is reflected in Exhibit A. All broadcasts will be recorded, transmitted live and unedited.
Basic Level of Service. The LBH will provide the following, as a basic level of management support for the CPCG and the CPCG Executive: The provision of a secretariat function for the CPCG, to include; • The arrangement of meetings; This includes booking meeting rooms, invitation of guest speakers and provision of refreshments, in addition to the provision of notice of time, place and business of meetings at least 7 clear days prior to the meeting. • The publicising of meetings to encourage community involvement in the work of the Group, including the electronic publication of detailed agendas on the LBH website and the distribution of printed agendas to public libraries throughout the borough. • Liaison with members of the public; This includes giving advice relating to the work of the Group and administering questions raised by the public for members of the Group. • The compilation of agendas for each meeting; Collating all information falling within the Group’s terms of reference, which have been submitted by members of the Group, local organisations, individuals, the Police and the local authority. • Photocopying of agendas and papers • Despatching agenda and papers Sending out of agendas to the membership list of the CPCG • Attending meetings and minute taking; To make notes of meetings held (not verbatim) mainly to include issues pertaining to the remit of the CPCG and action points and issues concerning forward planning. • General correspondence, including updating and informing members of changes or developments, meeting dates, writing letters concerning the groups work plan and issues arising from meetings (not to include general or mass distribution of non work plan/ committed work). • Review and management of Group membership; This includes the monitoring of members’ attendance and the administration of the application process for new members to the Group. • Provision of advice relating to constitutional matters. The LBH will agree to provide the above services for a minimum of 5 meetings of the CPCG (this includes the Annual General Meeting, which will be the first ordinary meeting in each calendar year) and a minimum of a further 4 meetings of the CPCG Executive in any given financial year.   • Level of Service Complex case management with a provider focus is appropriate for members who either choose not to be actively involved or are unable to actively participate in their health care. Complex case management targets members with two (2) or more disease states who need assistance with care coordination, making preventive care appointments, or accessing care to address the members’ chronic health conditions or members who have had an inpatient hospital stay in the last ninety (90) days or members with high dollar claims of over fifty thousand dollars (>$50,000) in six (6) months. The focus is on working with the providers to meet the needs of the individual through communication with the PMP (if applicable), other providers, and the member’s natural support system. The goal is to help members gain optimum health or improved functional capability, in the right setting and in a cost-effective manner. Complex case management with provider focus is the active coordination by the Contractor of care and services between providers while navigating the extensive systems and resources required for the member. It involves comprehensive assessment, determination of available benefits, development and implementation of a complex case management plan directed at the chronic health conditions. At a minimum, the Contractor must provide complex case management services for members discharged from an inpatient psychiatric, drug overdose, or substance abuse hospitalization, for no fewer than ninety (90) calendar days following that inpatient hospitalization discharge. The Contractor must also provide complex case management services for any member at risk for inpatient psychiatric or substance abuse re -hospitalization. Care managers must contact members during an inpatient hospitalization or as soon as practicable upon receiving notification of a member’s inpatient behavioral health hospitalization. The care manager must work with the hospital discharge planner, provider case manager and/or natural supports (i.e. family) to ensure that an outpatient follow-up appointment is scheduled to occur no later than seven (7) calendar days following the inpatient behavioral health hospitalization discharge and transportation is not a barrier to attending the appointment. Complex case management with provider focus includes all of the services and benefits from disease management and care management. In addition,

  • PERIOD OF SERVICE The Grant Services will commence on the Start Date and shall expire on the End Date as set forth in the SUMMARY PAGE.

  • Standard of Service As Agent for the Fund, you agree to provide service equal to or better than that provided by you or others furnishing shareholder services to other open-end investment companies ("Standard") at a fee comparable to the fee paid you for your services hereunder. The Standard shall include at least the following: (a) Prompt reconciliation of any differences as to the number of outstanding shares between various Facility records or between Facility records and records of an MFS Fund's Custodian; (b) Prompt processing of shareholder correspondence and of other matters requiring action by you; (c) Prompt clearance of any daily volume backlog; (d) Providing innovative services and technological improvements; (e) Meeting the requirements of any governmental authority having jurisdiction over you or the Fund; and (f) Prompt reconciliation of all bank accounts under your control belonging to the Fund or MFS. If any MFS Fund serviced by you is reasonably of the view that the service provided by you does not meet the Standard, it shall give you written notice specifying the particulars, and you then shall have 120 days in which to restore the service so that it meets the Standard, except that such period shall be 180 days with respect to meeting that portion of the Standard described above in item (d) of this paragraph 4. If at the end of such period the Fund remains reasonably of the view that the service provided by you, in the particulars specified, does not meet the Standard, then the MFS Fund or Funds having a majority of the accounts for which you are then Agent may, by appropriate action (including the concurrence of a majority of the Trustees or Directors, as the case may be, of such MFS Fund or Funds who are not interested persons of MFS), elect to terminate this Agreement for cause as to all such Funds upon 90 days notice to you. Upon termination hereof, the Fund shall pay you such compensation as may be due to you as of the date of such termination, and shall likewise reimburse you for any costs, expenses, and disbursements reasonably incurred by you to such date in the performance of your duties hereunder.

  • Grades of Service The Parties shall initially engineer and shall monitor and augment all trunk groups consistent with the Joint Process as set forth in Section 14.1 of this Attachment.

  • Scope of Service Interconnection Service shall be provided to the Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection (a), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Generation Interconnection Customer, up to the Maximum Facility Output, and (b), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Transmission Interconnection Customer, up to the Nominal Rated Capability. The location of the Point of Interconnection shall be mutually agreed by the Interconnected Entities, provided, however, that if the Interconnected Entities are unable to agree on the Point of Interconnection, the Transmission Provider shall determine the Point of Interconnection, provided that Transmission Provider shall not select a Point of Interconnection that would impose excessive costs on either of the Interconnected Entities and shall take material system reliability considerations into account in such selection. Specifications for the Customer Facility and the location of the Point of Interconnection shall be set forth in an appendix to the Interconnection Service Agreement and shall conform to those stated in the Facilities Study.

  • Impairment of Service The characteristics and methods of operation of any circuits, facilities or equipment of either Party connected with the services, facilities or equipment of the other Party pursuant to this Agreement shall not interfere with or impair service over any facilities of the other Party, its affiliated companies, or its connecting and concurring carriers involved in its services, cause damage to its plant, violate any applicable law or regulation regarding the invasion of privacy of any communications carried over the Party's facilities or create hazards to the employees of either Party or to the public (each hereinafter referred to as an "Impairment of Service").
