Bicycling. 1. SWs are eligible for a bicycle benefit on the same basis and under the same terms and conditions as that offered to staff employees, except SWs are not required to be active employees through the submission deadlines in order to receive this benefit, but they are required to be active students through the submission deadlines.

Bicycling. Given the shared aims of safety and sustainability, employees will have access to bicycle storage at University-controlled workplaces.
Bicycling. MIT shall maintain its Bluebikes Bike Share Membership Benefit, which provides employees with subsidized annual Bluebikes memberships (currently $45 for a regular cost of $119). MIT shall continue to subsidize this benefit for employees at the same level it subsidizes the benefit for MIT faculty and staff.

Currently, federal law provides tax-free status for up to $65 per month per employee contributions to employees who vanpool or use public transit including commuter rail and/or express bus pools. • Financial Incentive for Bicycling. Offer employees financial incentives for bicycling to work. • Special „Premium‟ for the Participation and Promotion of Trip Reduction. Offer tickets/passes to special events, vacation, etc., to employees who recruit other employees for vanpool, carpool, or other trip reduction ONGOING programs. • Design incentive programs for carpooling and other alternative transportation modes so as to put highest priority on reduction of longest commute trips.

Bicycling. Divvy memberships shall continue to be offered to Employees at a discounted rate, subject to the terms of the Divvy University Membership program. Bike repair stations offered on campus shall be kept in good repair and Employees shall continue to be granted a free helmet and bike light upon registration of their bicycle with the University’s third-party provider.

  • Recycling If this Agreement provides for the purchase or use of goods specified in PCC 12207 (for example, certain paper products, office supplies, mulch, glass products, lubricating oils, plastic products, paint, antifreeze, tires and tire-derived products, and metal products), this section is applicable with respect to those goods. Without limiting the foregoing, if this Agreement includes (i) document printing, (ii) parts cleaning, or (iii) janitorial and building maintenance services, this section is applicable. Contractor shall use recycled products in the performance of this Agreement to the maximum extent doing so is economically feasible. Upon request, Contractor shall certify in writing under penalty of perjury, the minimum, if not exact, percentage of post consumer material as defined in the PCC 12200, in such goods regardless of whether the goods meet the requirements of PCC 12209. With respect to printer or duplication cartridges that comply with the requirements of PCC 12156(e), the certification required by this subdivision shall specify that the cartridges so comply.

  • Dewatering 4.7.1 Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, all non- trades employees shall assist in ‘dewatering’ their own work site or area if it is so affected. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected.

  • TOOL STORAGE 1. A company shall provide on all construction jobs in towns and cities, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested buy the employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the company shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of employees.

  • Storage The ordering agency is responsible for storage if the contractor delivers within the time required and the agency cannot accept delivery.
