BID ITEM # 131061 – TECHNICAL SUPPORT. The unit rate bid for this item shall include providing technical support to the Department and their Consultant(s) and Bridge Contractor(s) during the construction of various structure replacement projects (on separate contracts) where the modular bridges will be used to construct temporary traffic detours. The contract(s) for designs were awarded to the successful Consultant(s) on 27 November 2019. It is expected that tenders for construction of the replacement structure(s) could be posted in early-to-mid April 2020, with contract(s) awarded and work to begin in mid-to-late May 2020. Scheduled timelines for construction will vary between structures. The Contractor shall provide technical support services as described below for twenty five (25) working days for the period commencing 1 April 2020 until 31 December 2022. This scope shall include, but not be limited to, the following services:  Work with the Department and the Department’s Consultants(s) in reviewing project sites in assessing the best possible location for installation of the modular bridges as well as assist with the design of temporary approach roads, structure abutments and abutment foundations;  Provide technical support during structure replacement tender periods and respond to any questions, clarification requests, information requests, request for alternate, etc. during tender and/or construction. Provide to the Department written documentation and/or sketches of responses, as required;  Attend construction meetings on site as requested by the Department. Respond to and/or take action on any design or construction related issues which may arise; and  Perform site visits during modulate bridge assembly and launch and as requested by the Department and provide the Department with written documentation (two pages maximum) for each site visit outlining items inspected during visit whether deficient or not. The unit rate bid item shall also include the Contractor’s cost associated with providing the technical support as described above for the following:  Toll charges paid by the Contractor for long distance telephone calls, telegraph messages and similar telecommunications in connection with the work;  Amounts paid by the Contractor for reasonable out-of-town living and traveling expenses of the Contractor's personnel employed directly in connection with the work; and  The cost of producing drawings, photographs, reports and similar documents required by the Department.   • Product Technical Support & Maintenance Licensee shall have the option of electing the Product technical support and maintenance (“maintenance”) set forth in the Contract by giving written notice to Contractor any time during the Centralized Contract term. Maintenance term(s) and any renewal(s) thereof are independent of the expiration of the Centralized Contract term and will not automatically renew. Maintenance shall include, at a minimum, (i) the provision of error corrections, updates, revisions, fixes, upgrade and new releases to Licensee, and (ii) Help Desk assistance with locally accessible “800” or toll free, local telephone service, or alternatively on-line Help Desk accessibility. Contractor shall maintain the Products so as to provide Licensee with the ability to utilize the Products in accordance with the Product documentation without significant functional downtime to its ongoing business operations during the maintenance term. Authorized User shall not be required to purchase maintenance for use of Product, and may discontinue maintenance at the end of any current maintenance term upon notice to Contractor. In the event that Authorized User does not initially acquire or discontinues maintenance of licensed Product, it may, at any time thereafter, reinstate maintenance for Product without any additional penalties or other charges, by paying Contractor the amount which would have been due under the Contract for the period of time that such maintenance had lapsed, at then current NYS net maintenance rates.

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE If technical support and maintenance is a part of the Goods that Contractor provides under the Contract, Contractor will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to the Department in a reasonable time when the Department makes technical support or maintenance requests regarding the Goods.

  • TECHNICAL TASKS Products that require a draft version are indicated by marking “(draft and final)” after the product name in the “Products” section of the task/subtask. If “(draft and final)” does not appear after the product name, only a final version of the product is required. Subtask 1.1 (Products) describes the procedure for submitting products to the CAM.

  • DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACTOR PRICE LIST AND CONTRACT APPENDICES Contractor shall provide Authorized Users with electronic copies of the Contract, including price lists and Appendices, upon request. OGS CENTRALIZED CONTRACT MODIFICATIONS Contract Updates will be handled as provided in Appendix C – Contract Modification Procedures.

  • Purchase Order Flip via Ariba Network (AN) The online process allows suppliers to submit invoices via the AN for catalog and non- catalog goods and services. Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. This option does not require any special software or technical capabilities. For the purposes of this section, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider of MFMP the right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, distribute, and publicly display within the system the information outlined above. In addition, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider the right and license to reproduce and display within the system the Contractor’s trademarks, system marks, logos, trade dress, or other branding designation that identifies the products made available by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • Allowable Customizations The Student is permitted to alter or add files to customize the assigned Computer to her/his own working style (i.e., background screens and images, display settings).

  • Innovative Scheduling Schedules which are inconsistent with the Collective Agreement provisions may be developed in order to improve quality of working life, support continuity of resident care, ensure adequate staffing resources, and support cost-efficiency. The parties agree that such innovative schedules may be determined locally by the Home and the Union subject to the following principles:

  • For Product Development Projects and Project Demonstrations  Published documents, including date, title, and periodical name.  Estimated or actual energy and cost savings, and estimated statewide energy savings once market potential has been realized. Identify all assumptions used in the estimates.  Greenhouse gas and criteria emissions reductions.  Other non-energy benefits such as reliability, public safety, lower operational cost, environmental improvement, indoor environmental quality, and societal benefits.  Data on potential job creation, market potential, economic development, and increased state revenue as a result of the project.  A discussion of project product downloads from websites, and publications in technical journals.  A comparison of project expectations and performance. Discuss whether the goals and objectives of the Agreement have been met and what improvements are needed, if any.
