Bidding Eligibility. Pursuant to Labor Code Section 1771.1, no contractor or subcontractor (or consultant or subconsultant) may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations.

Pursuant to California Public Contract Code Section 6109, Contractor may not perform any Services hereunder with a subcontractor who is ineligible to perform the Services pursuant to Section 1777.1 or 1777.7 of the California Labor Code.
Bidding Eligibility a. Once bids are awarded, the Employee who is awarded the bid is given the opportunity to accept or decline the bid. b. Employees currently in any bid position may not apply for another position for a period of at least six (6) months. c. Employees may not have received a Second (2nd) or Final Written Warning. d. Employees must meet the minimum job qualifications posted with each Job Bid. e. Employee must have completed a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days of employment to be considered.

Flight Attendants who are scheduled to be unavailable for fifteen (15) days or more of the bid period will not be allowed to bid unless mutually agreed otherwise. Flight Attendants who are scheduled for vacation, Union trip drops and Military Leave may bid regardless of the number of scheduled unavailable days. 3. A Flight Attendant returning from a worker’s compensation or medical leave shall not be allowed to bid until cleared for full duty by her/his physician. Upon clearance to duty a Flight Attendant will paper bid. The Company shall consider any preferences provided by the Flight Attendant and submitted to Inflight Services with her/his return to work paperwork. Inflight Services will construct a similar line for her/him using open time and she/he shall only work the same number of day(s) she/he would have worked if she/he had been awarded that line. She/he shall receive pay and credit for the trip(s) flown. Lineholders will not be required to sit reserve if no reserve days were on the bid line. 4. A Flight Attendant returning from a leave who missed her/his recurrent training will paper bid and be constructed a line, as provided in 3. above. Such Flight Attendant will only be guaranteed pay starting with the day she/he attends recurrent training. 5. A Flight Attendant returning from a furlough will paper bid if not able to participate in a regular bid cycle. She/he will have a similar line constructed for her/him using open time and shall only work the same number of day(s) she/he would have worked if she/he had been awarded that line. She/he will receive pay and credit for the trip(s) flown. Lineholders will not be required to sit reserve if no reserve days were on the bid line. A Flight Attendant returning from a furlough who missed her/his recurrent training will paper bid and be constructed a line, as provided above. Such Flight Attendant will only be guaranteed pay starting with the day she/he attends recurrent training. 6. The Inflight Training Schedule shall be made prior to the initial award. This includes training dates and other days the Company anticipates that a Flight Attendant will be working in the Training Department. A Flight Attendant who is scheduled to be offline working in the Training Department for ten (10) or more days in a month will not bid for that month.

Bidding Eligibility. Contractors who are not performing satisfactorily on any task order may be prohibited from submitting proposals on future orders until past performance deficiencies have been corrected. The Government also reserves the right to direct a Task Order Solicitation to a specific firm or firms should it be in the Government’s best interest, for example to fulfill the contract minimum guarantee or to obtain services of a unique nature which may be delivered by only one contractor.

  • Funding Eligibility Contractor understands, acknowledges, and agrees that, pursuant to Chapter 2272 (eff. Sept. 1, 2021, Ch. 2273) of the Texas Government Code, except as exempted under that Chapter, HHSC cannot contract with an abortion provider or an affiliate of an abortion provider. Contractor certifies that it is not ineligible to contract with HHSC under the terms of Chapter 2272 (eff. Sept. 1, 2021, Ch. 2273) of the Texas Government Code.

  • Continuing Eligibility To continue health benefits, a permanent intermittent employee must be credited with a minimum of 480 paid hours in a control period or 960 paid hours in two consecutive control periods.

  • Program Eligibility The COUNTY shall provide eligibility determination for those persons applying for home repair under this Agreement by using the following factors: 1. The applicant is a resident of the CITY; and 2. The total income for all members of the applicant’s household does not exceed 80% of the median income of the Kansas City metropolitan area, as determined by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; and 3. The applicant is the homeowner and must have occupied the property as a primary residence for at least six (6) months; 4. The property to be repaired is within the corporate limits of the CITY; and 5. When required, medical need will be substantiated and documented.

  • Dependent Eligibility For all programs covered in this article, eligible dependents are an employee’s lawful spouse or domestic partner (as defined by Section 297 of the California Family Code), and unmarried children (natural, step, adopted, legal guardianship, and/or xxxxxx) of the employee or domestic partner, who are qualified IRS dependents of the employee or domestic partner, up to twenty-three (23) years of age. Disabled dependents may be able to continue coverage beyond the limiting age if the disability occurred while the dependent was covered under a County-sponsored medical plan or prior to the dependent’s 19th birthday, and is certified by a licensed physician.

  • Overtime Eligibility An Employee must work at least fifteen (15) minutes beyond their normal shift before being eligible for overtime compensation.

  • Student Eligibility The LEA and POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTION shall qualify and advise candidates for dual credit from the pool of eligible high school students. A candidate for dual credit is eligible for consideration for fall, spring, and summer semesters if he or she: a. is enrolled during the fall and spring in a LEA in one-half or more of the minimum course requirements approved by PED for public school students under its jurisdiction or by being in physical attendance at a bureau of Indian education-funded high school at least three documented contact hours per day pursuant to 25 CFR 39.211(c); b. obtains permission from the LEA representative (in consultation with the student’s individualized education program team, as needed), the student’s parent or guardian if the student is under 18 years old, and POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTION representative prior to enrolling in a dual credit course; and c. meets POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTION requirements to enroll as a dual credit student.
