Guaranteed Pay. To further clarify the intent of this Clause, the Corporation guarantees full pay and benefits for normal working hours as defined in this Agreement for the full period of continuous employment guaranteed in Sub-Clause 13.5.1 above.
Guaranteed Pay. In the types of payment covered by section 5.6, the guaranteed pay excluding pay components in accordance with paragraph 5.6.4 shall be at least equal to that prescribed in section 5.3 of the collective agreement.
Guaranteed Pay. When applying a sales commission scheme, the employee shall be paid each month the minimum monthly salary of job grade four (4) stipulated in this collective agreement. In addition to this monthly salary, the employee shall be paid sales commission so that the commission earned during the calendar month is paid no later than during the two calendar months following the month it was earned.
Guaranteed Pay. 18.01 When an employee is called in for work and no work is available or there is a power or mechanical failure, he will be guaranteed three (3) hours at his regular hourly rate of pay; for piece work paid employees, three (3) hours at their waiting time rate. This regulation does not apply to any employee who has already accumulated a total of three (3) hours for that day; however, no employee will receive less than two hour's pay for any call out. Where employees are entitled to time and one half (1 ½) under Article 7.05 “waiting time” will be paid at time and one half (1 ½).

The employees’ wage conditions (hourly earnings in accordance with this provision) shall be checked twice a year based on NHO’s calculated annual average (converted to hourly earnings) and the performance of Statistic Norway's industrial wage index for the first and second quarters. The calculation shall be based on wage data from Statistic Norway and what otherwise follows from this provision. The central calculation shall be based on the previous calendar year’s agreed wages for all groups (skilled, specialised and unskilled workers) within the scope of the Industry Agreement / Engineering Industry Part. “Agreed wages” is defined as the fixed wages that are paid, including fixed supplements (such as qualification, seniority or similar supplements).

Guaranteed Pay. Each inside employee who has completed the probationary period will receive not less than forty (40) hours' pay at his regular straight time hourly rate for each week in which he is scheduled to work, provided:
(a) he reports for work for all of each working hour assigned by the Company;
(b) he performs whatever work the Company assigns. The terms of this clause will not apply to part-time employees, nor shall they have any application when the Company is prevented from working because of any circumstance beyond its control, such as fire, flood, lack of power, breakdown of machinery, etc. The guarantee shall be reduced by eight (8) hours for employees working five

The Company agrees that if this occurs on the waiting time will be paid at time and one-half and if on a Sunday or a holiday, it will be double time. When packers and machine operators are called in for production and work is more than one-half hour late starting, they will be paid for the time up to a maximum of two (2) hours. Waiting time of thirty (30) minutes or more for piece work paid employees and hourly paid employees during their shift will be paid at their waiting time rate. If a lunch break other than their normally scheduled lunch break is required, employees must be notified beforehand. When an employee is asked to remain on call he will be guaranteed a minimum of one (1) hours pay for every eight hours (or portion thereof) he is asked to remain on call. Where appropriate on call will be guaranteed at applicable premium rates; time and one half or double time. article Employees will be paid shift differential for all hours worked during a scheduled shift commencing at three or later. Hourly paid employees will receive thirty cents per hour above their basic hourly rate. SAP packers on piece work will be guaranteed a shift differential of three percent (3%) of their earnings. There will be no compounding of the shift differential premium.
Guaranteed Pay. A. All non-probationary Conductors will be guaranteed forty (40) hours’ pay at the Conductor rate of pay for each calendar week, such guarantee to be paid consistent with the City’s payroll process.
B. Those employees who hold seniority status as a Conductor, but not working as such, shall be afforded the opportunity to return to such status on a voluntary basis providing that there is a vacant position, sufficient manpower to relieve the individual or if displaced through no fault of their own.
C. Employees hired after May 1, 2005 and after completion of their probationary period as set forth in Article 2.11 shall be eligible for the guaranteed pay as set forth above in paragraph A. Employee may be furloughed if not earning at least fifty percent (50%) of guarantee.
