Breaks and Allowances. (a) An Employee who has been Called Out and works more than 4 hours shall be entitled of a 30 minute paid break at double time after the completion of each 4 hours of overtime worked.

Breaks and Allowances. (a) Employees shall be entitled to a one-half (½) hour paid break without interruption. An Employee who is working throughout the hours set out below and who either does not have a reasonable opportunity to take a break within the hours or has his/her break interrupted, shall receive an allowance as follows: $8.00 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (day time break) $12.00 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. $8.00 11:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. $8.00 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. The above hours are based on a shift starting at 7 a.m. and hours as defined above shall be adjusted in accordance with different start times, the first hours beginning four (4) hours after the commencement of each shift.
