BULLETIN BOARD AND EMAIL. The Hospital shall continue to provide the Association with locked, centralized bulletin boards for posting of Association notices/newsletters. The bulletin boards will be located as to be easily visible and accessible to RNs in every unit. The Hospital shall consult with the Association as to the placement of the bulletin boards. The use of Hospital bulletin boards is an official means of communication with employees. The Hospital reserves the right to post or remove items from the bulletin boards, after discussion with a local unit officer, in accordance with the solicitation policy. The local unit president or designee and the human resources director will maintain keys of the bulletin boards. The Association representatives who are also bargaining unit members will be permitted to use the hospital email for bargaining unit members to receive notices of educational/conferences relating to clinical practice, notice of meetings of the Association and a request for updated current contact information. All Association emails will be courtesy copied to the Human Resources designee.

BULLETIN BOARD AND EMAIL. The Union shall have the right to post notices of Union matters on a bulletin board in the lounge(s). Mundo Verde shall provide the Union a designated bulletin board in each employee lounge. Union materials shall not be defamatory, obscene, or in violation of the law. Employees may use Mundo Verde’s email system during non-instructional time, or in the case of non-instructional employees, during non-work time for Union communications, subject to the following agreements: ● Mundo Verde has a right to monitor all communications on its system at any time; neither Employees nor the Union has any legitimate expectation of privacy in any communication on or over any Mundo Verde system. ● Use of the email system under this Article remains subject to all restrictions set forth in Mundo Verde’s policies, including its policies regarding unlawful harassment, acceptable use of technology, and the professional code of conduct. ● Mundo Verde reserves the right to disable or suspend the Union’s or Employee’s use of its email system during any strike or work stoppage.

  • Bulletin Boards The Employer shall provide bulletin board facilities for the exclusive use of the Union, the sites to be determined by mutual agreement. The use of such bulletin board facilities shall be restricted to the business affairs of the Union.

  • Stock Exchange Listing The shares of Common Stock have been approved for listing on the NASDAQ Capital Market (the “Exchange”), and the Company has taken no action designed to, or likely to have the effect of, delisting the shares of Common Stock from the Exchange, nor has the Company received any notification that the Exchange is contemplating terminating such listing except as described in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus.
