Call-In on Holiday. Hours worked by a nurse who is on call and required by the Employer to report to work on any of the holidays listed in Section 9.15.5.
Call-In on Holiday. If an employee is called in to work on a holiday, the employee will receive pay at the rate of two and one-half (2 ½) times the employee's regular rate of pay.
Call-In on Holiday. If a Full-Time Nurse is not scheduled to work on a holiday and is called in to work without 48 hours notice, the Nurse will be paid two times the straight time rate for work performed that day plus a holiday day off as set out in Article 10.07 with pay at a later date.
Call-In on Holiday. If called in on any of the holidays listed in Article 28, the employee shall be paid the minimum of four (4) hours at the rate of double time (2x) the employee’s regular hourly rate, as well as the employee’s regular holiday pay.
Call-In on Holiday. Bargaining unit members who are utilizing leave on Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day or Independence Day and who are called in to work will be paid in accordance with Section 8.09 and will be re-credited with the number of hours worked, not to exceed the amount of leave taken.
Call-In on Holiday. If a Sergeant is called in to work on a holiday, he/she will receive overtime pay at the rate of two and one half (2 ½) times their regular rate of pay.
