Call in on Holiday. If a Full-Time Nurse is not scheduled to work on a holiday and is called in to work without 48 hours notice, the Nurse will be paid two times the straight time rate for work performed that day plus a holiday day off as set out in Article 10.07 with pay at a later date.

  • Sunday Employees at the Maine State Prison shall be eligible for a weekend differential of fifty cents ($.50) per hour to the base for shifts beginning between 8:30 p.m. Friday and 8:29 p.m. Sunday.

Those employees who work on a Friday which is observed as a holiday in lieu of a holiday falling on Saturday shall be allowed a day off in lieu thereof as scheduled by the appointing officer in the current fiscal year.
