Card Design. You may request specific Card designs for Cards issued to Stripe Issuing Accountholders. Stripe Issuing Accountholders may also request specific Card designs in addition to your design, as the Stripe Issuing Accountholder Terms describe. You must submit all Card designs and disclosures you and the Stripe Issuing Accountholders propose to Stripe for review and approval using the process Stripe requires. Stripe will review Card design and disclosures proposals for compliance with this Agreement, the Card Network Rules, Law and Stripe reputational considerations. If Stripe does not approve a proposed Card design or disclosure, Stripe will recommend modifications that, if made, will meet these requirements. You must resubmit the modified design or disclosure to Stripe for approval using the same process.
Card Design. You may request specific Card designs for Cards issued to you or Card Authorised Users. You must provide all proposed Card designs and disclosures to Stripe for review and approval using the process Stripe requires. Stripe will review Card design and disclosure proposals for compliance with this Agreement and Stripe reputational considerations. If Stripe does not approve a proposed Card design or disclosure, Stripe will recommend modifications that, if made, will meet these requirements. You must resubmit the modified Card design or disclosure to Stripe for approval using the same process.
Card Design. 2.4.1 At the request of the Contracting Body:
2.4.1.1 the Supplier shall provide physical Payment Cards, at no extra charge, in accordance with the specific Crown Commercial Service design template, as set out at Annex 2 to this Framework Schedule 2; and/or
2.4.1.2 the Supplier shall make the Supplier's proprietary card designs available to any Contracting Body that requires them, on a no charge basis, subject to prior Authority approval.
Card Design. All Cards shall include but not be limited to the features indicated below: Security features: • Hologram • Visaline microborder or equivalent • Unique card number • Card verification value • Signature panel • Chip & PIN • Additional security features as agreed Other features: The design of all Cards which are designated as Government Procurement Cards shall be approved by the AUTHORITY and shall include: o The Government Procurement Card black plastic design
Card Design. Updates to the design of the Card will be determined by mutual consent of the Parties, and will include one or more of the PayPal Marks on the front of the Card and one or more of the Providian Marks on the back of the Card and will be subject to Applicable Law. Subject to the foregoing, the PayPal Marks will be in a primary position and the Providian Marks will be in a secondary position on the back of the Card.
Card Design. A. Contractor shall be responsible for the embossing and printing of the cards to STP’s specifications. STP reserves the right to change the card design during the life of this MSA.
B. The final content and design of the cards will be determined by Contractor with approval from STP. Contractor agrees that the card design will include, at a minimum:
1) “Official Government Travel Only”.
2) User Agency’s full name, and Cardholder name if applicable.
a. Minimum of 24 characters for the name embossed on the card.
3) Contractor’s customer service toll free number. A regular phone number must also be printed in case of requirement for collect calls to enable coverage of all destinations.
C. STP and the Contractor will agree upon any other design features that would assist with card acceptance and Fraud prevention.
Card Design. Within 30 days of the date of execution of this Agreement, or as otherwise designated in the Marketing Plan, the parties will create mutually acceptable designs for the front and back of the Card, which will include one or more of the PayPal Marks on the front of the Card and one or more of the Providian Marks on the back of the Card and will be subject to Applicable Law. Subject to the foregoing, the PayPal Marks will be in a primary position and the Providian Marks will be in a secondary position on the back of the Card.
Card Design i. The State reserves the right to approve the name, design, and graphics of the Card. The State shall have a minimum of fourteen (14) days to approve Card design, Card carrier, marketing materials, and Cardholder terms and conditions subject to Visa or Mastercard's approval.
ii. In the event Cards were issued prior State approval the Contractor will issue new Cards with State approved name, design, graphics, and carrier. This will be done at no cost to the State, no fee will be charged to the Cardholder’s account, and will not count toward the one free replacement Card.
iii. In the event Marketing materials and Cardholder terms and conditions issued to Cardholders without the approval of the State. The Contractor will resend all documents that are approved with notice of changes to all Cardholders. Depending on the severity of the changes the Contractor will provide updated documents and notice of changes in any or all ways the State designates appropriate, including, but not limited to posting on the Web Portal (Desktop and Mobile), sending emails, additional letters, and calling Cardholders.
iv. At a minimum the Card should have the following components:
1) The globally recognized brand xxxx hologram with“DEBIT” clearly indicated
2) Co-branded with State of Indiana and vendor branding
3) A “valid thru” date to indicate month and year before the expiration
4) An encoded magnetic strip on the back of the Card
5) A statement that clearly states, “Do Not Write PIN on Card.”
6) A tamper-evident signature panel on the back of the card for the Cardholder to sign their name
7) Ultra-xxxxxx inks to deter fraudulent reproductions
8) Indent printing of the last four digits of the account number and card verification code on the Card back as a security feature
9) EMV Chip equipped
10) A listing of the required toll-free number
Card Design. The design of each Card issued pursuant to a Card Program shall be approved by Bank, provided that each Card shall identify Bank as the issuer of the Card, shall bear the name and/or Mark of Program Manager and shall include such other names, Marks, and disclosures as may be required to conform to Governmental Requirements and Rules. Program Manager shall be responsible for the compliance of the Cards with Governmental Requirements and Rules.
Card Design. Capital One in consultation with HDI, shall develop HDI plastic card designs prominently featuring the HDI Marks. Capital One and HDI shall have the right to approve any design in their sole discretion to be issued to HDI Accounts. The designs shall conform to MasterCard and Visa rules for affinity cards. Any subsequent changes thereto by Capital One or HDI shall be subject to the prior written approval of the other party. Subject to Section 7.1 and HDI rights to its own Marks, Capital One shall own all rights, title, and interest in such HDI Card designs, provided, however, that each party hereby disclaims any rights in any Mark xx the other party. Neither Capital One nor HDI may use, license or transfer such card designs to any Person for any purpose without the prior written consent of the other party.
