Cargo Operations a. Geelong deliveries: For all barge deliveries made ex. Geelong, minimum delivery required will be 250MT, smaller deliveries may be made at Viva Energy's sole discretion.
b. Melbourne deliveries: Deliveries can be completed 24/7.
c. Sydney deliveries: Deliveries can normally only be conducted in daylight hours. The Port at its sole discretion may grant a night bunkering permit upon application on a case by case basis. All night time bunkers will incur overtime charges.
Cargo Operations. Subject to mutual agreement of the parties, Northwest and Gulfstream will enter into a Bilateral Cargo Prorate Agreement (“Cargo Agreement”) governing cargo shipments which utilize Northwest flights connecting to/from Gulfstream flights. Unless and until a Cargo Agreement is completed and implemented, any cargo shipments utilizing Northwest flights connecting to/from Gulfstream flights will be governed by the terms of any applicable standard industry interline agreements.

Once scheduled, a duty period may be extended to no more than seventeen (17) hours.
iii. When the duty period is scheduled to consist of an operating flight or flights followed by a deadhead (i.e., operating flight to deadhead), the maximum scheduled and actual duty period shall be eighteen (18) consecutive hours of which no more than fourteen (14) consecutive hours of the Duty Day may relate to the operation of a flight(s) (or no more than seventeen (17) consecutive hours if Article 12.D.1.b.ii., above, applies).
iv. The maximum scheduled and actual duty periods for a Crew Member on R-2 or R-3 who is assigned a flight assignment shall be those set forth in Articles 12.D.1.b.ii. through 12.D.1.b.iii., plus four (4) hours.

Cargo Operations. Subject to customer requirements, Cargo currently operates Sunday (9:00pm) thru to Friday (9:00pm). There are currently six (6) FCM working in the Cargo Operations and there is one (1) Manager of Cargo (Captain qualified) that provides relief from time to time. The current schedule provides for a maximum of FCM utilization consisting of five (5) duty days per week. Time free from duty after five (5) multiple duty days is forty-eight (48) hours. Cargo Crew Members do not work on the following statutory holidays: New Year’s Day Thanksgiving Day Good Friday Remembrance Day Victoria Day Christmas Day Canada Day Boxing Day Labour Day * In addition, Cargo Crew Members receive additional paid days off as per customer policy

Cargo Operations. MAC represents that, based on the commitments and representations contained in this Article 3, Major Air Cargo Operations will not be able to use the Airport.
Cargo Operations. The vessel may be required to carry out one or more of the following cargo operations as Charterers may reasonably require from time to time, always provided that the vessel is capable of such operations and provided that any such operations are always in accordance with prevailing IMO/MARPOL legislation, OCIMF rules or regulations, any dyes/additives are in accordance with the vessel's tank coating manufacturers resistance list and guidelines, and vessel's specifications and characteristics, Charterers shall have the option at their time risk and expense to:
i. Blend and/or circulate cargo onboard
ii. Load dyed cargo, provided the dye is customarily used or is suitable for use in said cargo
iii. Dye the cargo onboard the vessel provided this is carried out or supervised by qualified personnel
iv. Blend additives to the cargo at any point during the voyage, provided that the additive is one which is customarily used or is suitable for use in said cargo and carried out or supervised by qualified personnel
v. Carry on board the vessel drums or other suitable containers of additive
vi. To breach vessel's natural segregation
vii. To load and discharge freshwater or seawater shore line flush/plug before, during or after a loading operation Upon receipt of Xxxxxxxxxx' written instructions in respect of the foregoing, a Letter of Indemnity in the form of Owners P&I Club wording – See Additional Clause 14
