Cashback. (a) Cashback transactions shall be limited to the maximum of $200 per Cardholder on any transaction date. If Merchant allows Cardholders to initiate cashback transactions, Merchant must transmit to the Debit Network for each cashback transaction initiated at Merchant’s location, the following information in its transaction message: (i) the amount of cashback given to the Cardholder pursuant to the POS transaction; and (ii) Whether the POS transactions involved the issuance of scrip to the cardholder. For purposes of cashback reporting required under this paragraph, the full amount debited from Cardholder's account during a Debit transaction initiated at terminal that issues scrip shall be reported as the cashback amount, regardless of the amount used by the Cardholder to purchase goods or services at the Merchant’s location. (b) If Merchant receives, in response to a request for authorization for a cashback transaction involving the purchase of goods and services, a denial code indicating that a cashback transaction has been denied solely because the cashback portion of the Debit transaction would cause the Cardholder to exceed a limit on cash withdrawals imposed on the Cardholder by the Card issuing bank, Merchant shall inform Cardholder that the transaction was denied because it would cause the Cardholder to exceed such limit on cash withdrawals, but that a new Debit transaction in the amount of the purchase alone may be approved.

Cashback. PayPal provides 0.5% cashback on the Net Amount of Eligible Payments with your Card(s). This means 0.5% of the Net Amount of your Eligible Payments with your Card(s) will be credited to your PayPal account as weekly payouts. From time to time, we might increase the cashback rate (for example to 1%) for a limited period of time. We will announce such promotional campaigns with an increased cashback rate (including eligibility criteria) in email and/or on our website to you.
Cashback. 28.1. If eligible, the Customer shall be entitled to Cashback at the percentage rate reflected in the applicable Order Form and the Pricing Page on Pleo’s Website (the “Cashback Rate”). 28.2. The Cashback is calculated as the Cashback Rate on the total card spend within each eligible Cashback period and shall cover a rolling 30-day period. The Cashback will be applied towards the reduction of the total Subscription Fee for the subsequent invoice period. Cashback will be credited to the Customer’s Wallet on a monthly basis and shown as a reduction in the total Subscription Fee as reflected in the invoice and/or billing information, however, the Customer will still need to pay the full Subscription Fee. 28.3. The Cashback shall in no event exceed an amount greater than the total Subscription Fee as reflected in the monthly or annual invoice. For monthly billing any card spend exceeding the Cashback limit in one Cashback period cannot be transferred to a previous or subsequent Cashback period and can only be applied to the following month’s Subscription Fee. For annual billing, the Cashback limit shall be applied against the annual invoice and cannot exceed the Subscription Fee reflected herein. 28.4. The card spend eligible for Cashback shall cover all types of authorized card payment transactions that have been settled within the relevant invoice period. In this regard, certain card spend will not be eligible for Cashbacks. For the avoidance of doubt, ineligible spend includes but is not limited to chargeback, authorization reversals, authorized amounts that are not presented, Pleo Invoices and Pocket reimbursement. In such events, Pleo reserves the right to discount Cashback amounts relating to ineligible spend from the Cashback amounts of subsequent invoice periods, including but not limited to chargebacks filed after the relevant invoice period. 28.5. In addition to and irrespective of clause 31, Pleo can terminate the Cashback feature by giving the Customer one month’s notice. Upon termination of the agreement for any reason whatsoever, card spend relating to the Cashback period leading up to the termination shall not be eligible for Cashback and shall not be credited to the Wallet and Cashback relating to this termination period will automatically be forfeited by the Customer. 28.6. Cashback. 4.1 The Cardholder will earn Cashback at a percentage of Qualifying Transactions as specified by the Bank from time to time, provided that the total Qualifying Transactions incurred in AED (Dirhams) during a Billing Month meets the minimum amount determined by the Bank. The Bank at its sole discretion will round down the total Cashback earned during a Billing Month to the nearest Dirham. 4.2 All Qualifying Transactions billed to the Primary Account under this Program are eligible to earn Cashback. This will not include the following transactions: • Balance transfers • Local cash advancesCredit card chequesFinance charges • All fees charged on the Card by the Bank • Transactions reversed by Merchants • Utility bill payments like telephone bills, water and electricity bills made through the Bank's payment channels like Call Center, Mashreq On-line, ATM, mobile banking, branches or any other Bank's payment channel. • Any other transactions determined by the Bank from time to time
Cashback. If Merchant allows Cardholders to initiate Cashback transactions, Merchant must transmit for each Cashback transaction initiated at a Merchant location the amount of Cashback given to Cardholder pursuant to the transaction. Merchant may not give a Cardholder Cashback in an amount greater than the dollar amount authorized or the difference between the amount and the total purchase price for Merchant’s goods or services, whichever is the smaller amount, and in no case shall Merchant give Cashback in an amount exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00). If a Cashback transaction is denied solely because the Cashback amount would cause Cardholder to exceed any daily limit on cash withdrawals applicable to Cardholder’s Card, Merchant shall tell Cardholder the reason for the denial and invite Cardholder to initiate a POS transaction for the purchase amount alone.
Cashback. Where applicable, Cardmember shall be entitled to a Cashback which will be credited to the Principal Cardmember’s Card Account on a monthly basis. In this regard, certain Card Transactions will not be eligible for Cashbacks. Such ineligible Card Transactions include but are not limited to cash advances, gambling-related transactions, quasi cash transactions and purchases of merchandises or services from any other bank or financial institution. Upon termination of the Card for any reason whatsoever, Cashbacks which are not credited to the Card Account as of the date, will be automatically forfeited and shall not be transferable to any other Card Account of the Cardmember. We reserve the right to modify, change or terminate the terms and conditions applicable to Cashbacks at any time. For the avoidance of doubt, the term Cashback may also be referred to as Cash Rebate.

Cashback calculation examples: • GBP 10.00 purchase transaction => GBP 0.05 cashback • GBP 10.99 purchase transaction => GBP 0.05 cashback • GBP 11.00 purchase transaction => GBP 0.06 cashback • payments which are reversed (such as returns) or refunded; • returns and refunds; • fraudulent transaction or other transactions in violation of the PayPal User Agreement, PayPal’s Acceptable Use Policy or this Agreement; • withdrawals (Withdrawals at an ATM and Cash at Checkout); • any form of payment to governmental bodies or agencies and tax authorities, including but not limited to payments to HMRC and any tax related payments; • securities, stocks, funds, savings and investments or any other form of tradable commodities; and • payments to any other financial institution, including but not limited to the payment of loans, credit card payments, purchase of financial products and issuance of cheques.
