Classifications Structure. 4.1.1 The classification structure during the life of this agreement shall be reviewed and a new competency based structure, as agreed to by the parties, shall be implemented during the life of this agreement.

Classifications Structure. 1.1 Employees shall be classified in accordance with their level of skill and competence as detailed below.
Classifications Structure. (i) Subject to 13.9.1 (ii) and (iii) below, the Company gives a commitment that Reclassified Employees will continue to receive the full pay increases set out in clause 3.1 for the grade at which the position they held immediately prior to the commencement of the Woolworths National Supermarkets Agreement 2012 was classified under the Woolworths National Supermarkets Agreement 2009.
Classifications Structure. You will be classified according to your skills and responsibilities in one of the following classifications: • Trainee Field Operator • Level 1 Tradesperson or Field Operator, • Level 2 Tradesperson or Field Operator • Level 3 Team Leader - Tradesperson or Field Operator . Recognition of prior learning (RPL) will be taken into consideration when deciding at what level to appoint a new employee Trainee Trainee is the entry level for a Seamgas Field Operator who is undertaking the statutory/generic and Seamgas induction, or having completed such induction, is training and performing required tasks under direct supervision. This classification will apply until the Trainee is assessed as having attained all the prescribed competencies in order to meet the requirements of a Level 1 Employee. Level 1 Level 1 will generally be the entry level for a new Tradesperson, and will be the first level for a Field Operator who has been assessed as competent in the Level 1 skills in Appendix C. Competencies to be acquired by both Level 1 Tradespersons or Field Operators are outlined in Appendix C. Level 2 A Tradesperson or Field Operator will move to Level 2 upon successful completion and assessment of the competencies required for Level 2 as outlined in Appendix C. Level 3 (Team Leader) A Tradesperson or Field Operator may be appointed to Level 3 Teamleader when they have successfully completed and have been assessed on the competencies required for level 3 as outlined in Appendix C. Appointment is at the discretion of Seamgas and is not automatic upon the attainment of the competencies in Appendix C. Xxxxxxx may withdraw the appointment of an Employee to this Level by following due process, in which case they will revert to Level 2.

  • Classification Structure All employees working under this Agreement shall be classified according to the skill based classification structure set out in Appendix A.

  • New Job Classifications 11.1 Whenever the Company determines it appropriate to create a new job classification in the bargaining unit, it shall proceed as follows.

  • New Classifications If a new classification is created within the bargaining unit, the Employer agrees to meet with the Union and negotiate a rate of pay for this new classification. If the parties cannot reach agreement, at the request of either party, the matter shall be submitted to the arbitration procedure in Article 26 of this Agreement.

  • Classification Changes When the University determines that a revision of a class specification for positions covered by this agreement is needed, and such revision affects the collective bargaining unit designation, the University shall notify AFSCME in writing of the proposed change. AFSCME shall notify the University, in writing, within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the proposed changes, of any comments it has concerning the proposed changes or of its desire to discuss the proposed changes.

  • JOB CLASSIFICATIONS For the purpose of this Agreement the following classifications will be applicable:

  • Client Classification 7.1. We shall not have an obligation to treat our clients in different classes depending on their knowledge and expertise.
