Administration Officer. 3 is a non-operational Employee who is responsible for duties which include sourcing products, preparing specifications, evaluating quotations, purchasing goods, interviewing representatives, keeping abreast of products, processing payments and maintaining records. This level of position requires extensive administration experience, strong levels of computer literacy and word processing, spread sheeting and presentation software and a moderate understanding of regulations, legislation and codes of practice.
Administration Officer. 4 is a non-operational Employee who manages the office, committees and/or issues requiring investigation and analysis. Duties for this level of position may include compilation and follow up of agendas, planning and organisation of meetings, development of office and administrative systems, supervising purchasing and procurementor responsibility for checking the work of other staff.
Administration Officer. Level 1 Employees at this level work under direct supervision and perform routine or repetitive clerical duties, undergoing training for other work. Duties may include data input, word processing and general administrative tasks.
Administration Officer. Employees appointed under this job classification shall hold a diploma qualification in a relevant discipline(administration, business or accounting) and will be required to perform the following functions • Accounts payable/receivable • Payroll • Data entry • Reconciliation • Reporting
Administration Officer. Typical duties of this employee may include but not be limited to: Routine clerical and office functions and may be subject to routine checking; basic use of keyboard operated equipment including computers, word processors, Micro personal computers and attached ancillary equipment i.e. printers etc; and general office assistance which includes general invoicing, payroll, the general balancing of daily takings wherever those takings take place, and timesheets supervision as well as office cleaning duties where required.
Administration Officer. 5.12.1 The Administration Officer will hold a Diploma in Business Administration and have a proven ability to perform to the standard required of the position.

Employees may have acquired skills both formal and informal over time and with experience, and will undertake indicative tasks and duties within the scope of skills they possess.
Administration Officer. 8.1 As of the Effective Date, in order to assist and support the implementation of the Agreement, KIA shall have and maintain a permanent position of administration officer (“Administration Officer”). Though employed by KIA, the Parties will jointly select the successful candidate, with preference given to bilingual Inuk candidates. Although the Administration Officer’s immediate superior shall be the KIA’s Director of Implementation, the Administration Officer will maintain a neutral position between the Parties and AEM shall be entitled to participate in performance reviews and any amendments to the Administration Officer’s job description.
