Administration Officer. 3 is a non-operational Employee who is responsible for duties which include sourcing products, preparing specifications, evaluating quotations, purchasing goods, interviewing representatives, keeping abreast of products, processing payments and maintaining records. This level of position requires extensive administration experience, strong levels of computer literacy and word processing, spread sheeting and presentation software and a moderate understanding of regulations, legislation and codes of practice.
Administration Officer. 4 is a non-operational Employee who manages the office, committees and/or issues requiring investigation and analysis. Duties for this level of position may include compilation and follow up of agendas, planning and organisation of meetings, development of office and administrative systems, supervising purchasing and procurementor responsibility for checking the work of other staff.
Administration Officer. 8.1 As of the Effective Date, in order to assist and support the implementation of the Agreement, KIA shall have and maintain a permanent position of administration officer (“Administration Officer”). Though employed by KIA, the Parties will jointly select the successful candidate, with preference given to bilingual Inuk candidates. Although the Administration Officer’s immediate superior shall be the KIA’s Director of Implementation, the Administration Officer will maintain a neutral position between the Parties and AEM shall be entitled to participate in performance reviews and any amendments to the Administration Officer’s job description.
8.2 The Administration Officer shall coordinate communications within and among the On-Site Working Group, the Committees and the Parties, and shall provide support for the logistical aspects of their meetings and activities, including scheduling and the preparation and circulation of agendas and minutes of meetings. The job description of this position shall be prepared by the Implementation Committee.
8.3 The Administration Officer shall be a member of the On-Site Working Group, and shall attend, as an observer, all meetings of the Committees.
8.4 The Administration Officer shall submit to the Implementation Committee any issues not resolved by the On-Site Working Group or any of the other Committees.
Administration Officer. Administration Officers shall perform general office administrative and reception duties to the extent of their skills, competence and training. Employees may have acquired skills both formal and informal over time and with experience, and will undertake indicative tasks and duties within the scope of skills they possess.

Employees appointed under this job classification shall hold a diploma qualification in a relevant discipline(administration, business or accounting) and will be required to perform the following functions • Accounts payable/receivable • Payroll • Data entry • Reconciliation • Reporting
Administration Officer. 5.12.1 The Administration Officer will hold a Diploma in Business Administration and have a proven ability to perform to the standard required of the position.
5.12.2 Must be able to complete all tasks of the Administration Assistant.
5.12.3 Reconciliation of purchase orders to invoices/statements. 5.12.4 Create and issue debtor invoices as required.
Administration Officer. It will consider each request to re-credit a FEE-HELP balance in accordance with the requirements of Division 2 of VET Student Loan Xxx 0000.
