Community Outreach meetings. The Xxxx & Peers team is uniquely positioned to assist the City with community outreach. First, we will work with the City to generate a public outreach plan that enhances participation in the design process with a goal of improving neighborhood receptivity to change on the projects’ streets. Xxxx & Peers has the design expertise to produce high quality visualizations and photo simulations to help the community envision the potential design scenarios. The Xxxx & Peers team will provide the City with visual materials to support the engagement process such as precedent image toolbox, detailed clear maps to illustrate conditions and concepts, and photo simulations. These types of visualizations can be game changers in helping residents imagine the potential benefits and impacts of the proposed bicycle boulevard improvements. We will attend and support City staff at up to six community outreach meetings throughout the design process. Detailed comments and feedback will be documented and ideas will be summarized to evaluate feasibility. We assume the City will arrange the meeting space, advertise and distribute postings for all meetings.
