Company Productivity Allowance. 5.7.1 In return for compliance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Company may elect to pay a productivity allowance to Employees covered by this Agreement.
Company Productivity Allowance. 4.7.1 An ‘On-Site’ productivity allowance of $2.50 per hour shall be paid for all hours worked on-site attracting no premium or penalty subject to the conditions of this clause
Company Productivity Allowance. The company will pay a company productivity allowance of $2.60 per hour. This shall be paid weekly for each hour actually worked, and is not subject to premium or penalty.

Employees engaged in the handling / removal of friable asbestos will be paid the relevant company productivity allowance plus an additional $1.50 per hour for each hour worked.
Company Productivity Allowance. Where Employees work for a host employer with an approved enterprise agreement with the signatory Union, the Company will pay a company productivity allowance of $4.00 per hour. This allowance will be paid in full weekly for each hour worked in accordance with clause 11.1 b) of this Agreement.

This allowance is not paid to employees when they leave site due to inclement weather.
