COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, RULES, REGULATIONS AND POLICIES. Concessionaire shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and orders existing during the term of this contract, including obtaining and maintaining all necessary permits and licenses. Concessionaire acknowledges and warrants that it is or will make itself through its responsible concession managers, knowledgeable of all pertinent laws, rules, ordinances, regulations, or other requirements having the force of law affecting the operation of the concession facilities, including but not limited to laws affecting health and safety, hazardous materials, pest control activities, historical preservation, environmental impacts, and State building codes and regulations.

Concessionaire further acknowledges State policy for concession employees to maintain compatible relations with State employees and the public.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, RULES, REGULATIONS AND POLICIES. County shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations and the CJIS Security Policy in the delivery, operation, and maintenance of CLEMIS Applications and in the transmission, access, storage, and use of data through or in CLEMIS Applications.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, RULES, REGULATIONS AND POLICIES. For Confidential Information, Data, Category 4 Data, Sensitive Personal Information, and Materials that is delivered, received, used, shared, acquired, created, developed, revised, modified, or amended in connection with this Contract the parties shall comply with the following:
a. All federal and state laws and regulations, as currently enacted or revised, regarding the protection, security, and electronic interchange of Confidential Information, Data, Category 4 Data, Sensitive Personal Information, and Materials; and
b. All federal and state laws and regulations, as currently enacted or revised, regarding the use, disclosure, modification or loss of Confidential Information, Data, Category 4 Data, Sensitive Personal Information, and Materials.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, RULES, REGULATIONS AND POLICIES. Public Body and Public Body Employees shall comply with the CJIS Security Policy and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations when using CLEMIS and when generating, entering, and using data that is stored in CLEMIS.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, RULES, REGULATIONS AND POLICIES. In addition to complying with the terms and obligations set forth in this Lake Xxxxxx Independent School District Facility Use Agreement (“Agreement”) and policy GKD, the Applicant/Lessee must also comply with all other applicable laws, board policies, regulations, and guidelines. All laws (federal, state, local) and Lake Xxxxxx ISD policies are in effect 24 hours per day, including the times a facility is rented. An organization’s failure to follow applicable laws, board policies, regulations, or guidelines will result in the District denying use of the District’s facilities to the organization. No school facility shall be used by any group or individual who is not in compliance with the requirements of all Federal or State statutes, regulations, and rules prohibiting discrimination on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, disability, age, or other legally protected classifications. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with the American’s with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, RULES, REGULATIONS AND POLICIES. A. PSC shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and orders existing during the term of this MOU, including obtaining and maintaining all necessary permits and licenses.

County acknowledges and warrants that it is, or will make itself, through its responsible managers, knowledgeable of all pertinent laws, rules, ordinances, regulations, or other requirements having the force of law affecting the operation of the Premises, including but not limited to laws affecting health and safety, hazardous materials, pest control activities, historical preservation, environmental impacts, and building standards.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, RULES, REGULATIONS AND POLICIES. No school facility shall be used by any group or individual who is not in compliance with the requirements of all Federal or State statutes, regulations and rules prohibiting discrimination on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, handicapping conditions, age or other classification. State law prohibits the use of alcohol on school property. All laws (federal, state, local) and Xxxxxx ISD policies are in effect 24 hours per day, including the times a facility is rented. Contraband shall include, but not be limited to drugs, drug paraphernalia, weapons, and alcohol. District police officers, or any other law enforcement officer, shall enforce the law and arrest individuals for the violation of any law including but not limited to possession or consumption of alcohol on school property, drug law violations, weapon law violations, disruptions, trespassing, and the violation of any traffic law. The District “Tobacco Free Policy” prohibits the use of Tobacco products; cigarettes; e-cigarettes; vapes; and any component, part, or accessory for an e-cigarette device, in or on any District property or any location leased by the District where a user group is being held. The policy includes, but is not limited to, all buildings and grounds, vehicles, property (outdoor or indoor), and all staff, students, parents, visitors, and patrons.
