CONFERENCE HOURS Sample Clauses

CONFERENCE HOURS. All full-time instructors shall maintain at least five (5) scheduled student conference hours per week, and twenty (20) minutes of scheduled student conference time per credit hour of overload per week during which students will be provided academic assistance. A copy of the schedule of office hours shall be submitted to the campus Academic Administrator at the campus to which the Faculty member is administratively assigned no later than the end of the first full week of classes for each semester and posted at that campus. Each full-time faculty who selects more than three (3) distance learning courses during any semester can satisfy the conference hour requirement by spending any combination of at least four (4) hours per week at either the District’s Distance Learning Support Center (“DLSC”) or at her/his respective home base campus.
CONFERENCE HOURS. 5.6.2.1 Full-time unit members shall schedule their five and one half (5.5) student conference hours on no fewer than three (3) different days per week. Unit members on reduced load or reassignment shall have their conference hours reduced by a percentage equivalent to their reassignment or reduction in load. Unit members on reduced load shall schedule student conference hours on no fewer days than one less than the number of required conference hours. Conference hours will be held between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. unless otherwise approved by the Division Xxxx. No single conference period shall be less than thirty (30) minutes in length. Conference hours will not be scheduled between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Tuesdays or Thursdays and will not be scheduled to conflict with the instructor’s class assignments. Conference hours shall be held in the unit member’s office, a laboratory facility readily accessible to students, or other location approved by the unit member’s immediate supervisor and based on a schedule posted no later than the first Monday following the opening of a semester.‌ 5.6.2.2 During the final examination period, required conference hours may be scheduled in a pattern appropriate to the faculty member’s final examination schedule and student needs. A copy of the revised office hours and final examination schedule shall be posted, and a copy shall be submitted to the division xxxx.‌

  • Conference Promptly after the execution of this Contract, Contractor shall confer with the Program Manager, Design Professional, Owner, and Using Agency to identify personnel and relevant organizational charts of each team member, and to establish working relationships with each team member.

  • Conference Leave Upon written request, supported by a copy of an invitation, an employee shall be granted leave paid at full salary of up to two thirty-fifths of their Appointment Contract(s) to present papers at academic conferences. Such leave shall not be claimed if an authorized exchange of services agreeable to the employee can be arranged.

  • Conference Attendance The Federation will be entitled to five (5) person days per year release time for designated Federation representatives to attend conferences. All conference expenses will be the responsibility of the Federation, unless funding is requested and approved through regular District processes for conference attendance.

  • Post-Observation Conference The teacher and evaluator shall schedule to meet for the post-observation conference as soon as reasonably possible after the formal observation, but not to exceed five school days. The post-observation conference includes a review of the teacher's self-assessment of the observation and the evaluator's evidence of the observation. Both the teacher and the evaluator may contribute evidence to the overall assessment of professional performance during the conference as such conference is intended to be a dialogue between the teacher and evaluator. At the end of the post- observation conference the teacher and evaluator will agree on next steps and sign documentation that the conference has occurred.

  • Conference Telephone Meetings Directors or members of any committee of the Board may participate in a meeting of the Board or such committee by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and such participation in a meeting shall constitute presence in person at such meeting.

  • Office Hours (1) Full-time instructional academic employees shall maintain a posted five (5)-hour minimum office schedule each week. The specific office hours and office hours location shall be determined by the academic employee’s teaching schedule and shall receive the concurrence of the appropriate unit administrator. (2) Full-time academic employees whose teaching load is twenty (20) or more contact hours per week may, with the approval of the unit administrator, arrange an alternate schedule of office hours.

  • PRE-JOB CONFERENCE a) The Employer shall notify the union that a project has been awarded to the Employer following the award. Prior to the start of each project, a pre-job conference shall be held to determine all site-specific issues as outlined in the Agreement. This conference may be conducted via telephone, through a scheduled meeting or by some other practical means as agreed to by the parties. b) A copy of the pre-job conference report shall be provided to the Employer, the Union and the Job Xxxxxxx (s). A copy shall also be posted on the bulletin board(s) at the jobsite.

  • PRE-BID CONFERENCE Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Monday, May 23, 2022, @ 2:00 PM, located at W220 Pre-con Conference Room, 0000 Xxxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx (Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx) Xxxxxxx, XX 00000. Attendance is not mandatory but is encouraged.

  • Service Hours The services shall be provided during the working hours and days as defined by the Contractor.

  • Operating Hours Subject to Building Rules and Regulations and such security standards as Landlord may from time to time adopt, the Building shall be open to the public during the Building Operating Hours and the Premises shall be open to Tenant during hours other than Building Operating Hours.
