Conferencing. Fall conferences shall be calendared for two (2) successive school days in October. Spring conferences shall be calendared for two (2) successive school days in March. On Wednesday of conference days, the contracted work day shall begin at 12:00 pm (noon). From 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm shall be used as teacher time to prepare for the first conference beginning at 12:30 pm. Conferences will end at 7:40 pm, including a duty-free meal period of thirty (30) minutes. On Thursday of conferences the contracted work day shall begin at 12:00 pm and end at 7:40 pm, including a duty-free meal period of thirty (30) minutes. Staff shall be permitted to attend their own children’s conference(s), including leaving campus if necessary, provided staff ensure that parents are not deprived of reasonable opportunities to meet. To compensate for the two (2) days of conferencing, the Friday of conference week will be a non-work day.
Conferencing. The table below gives the minimum clause-by-clause technical specifications. Irrespective of any attachments included, bidders are required to duly fill in the tables under the “Bidder’s Response” column to respond. Failure to conform to this condition will render the bid being treated as non-responsive.

During years when the projected March to November inflow to Folsom Reservoir is less than 400,000 acre feet (referred to as "Conference Years") there is insufficient water to meet Lower American River instream needs and provide the quantities of diversions specified in Purveyor Specific Agreements. Therefore all stakeholders agree to meet in those years to confer on how the available water supply should be managed to preserve as much as possible both of the Water Forum's two coequal objectives. Conferencing. The District and Association agree that at all levels ongoing communication with families constitutes conferencing. Elementary and Secondary Level Conferences: Up to three (3) Conference Days may be scheduled. “Conference Days” are those days provided for the purpose of conferring with parents or legal guardians. Conferences in the fall may be scheduled in the “traditional” manner (as defined by past practice). In the spring, conference days shall be designed collaboratively and used flexibly with an understanding that teachers shall conference based on their own professional judgment or by the request of the parents or guardians. A conference that takes place outside the member’s workday shall count as a professional meeting and shall be compensated per Article 7.D.4.
Conferencing. As a condition of receiving the special pricing for Conferencing Service above, Customer must have billed at least $200,000 in Conferencing charges with all vendors combined in the month preceding the thirteenth amendment effective date.

Conferencing. A. For K-6 classroom teachers, the District shall schedule 5 days of student early release (15 hours total) in order to facilitate parent conferences and placement discussions.
B. For 7-8 classroom teachers, the District shall schedule 2 days of student early release (6 total hours) in order to facilitate parent conferences.
C. For 9-12 classroom teachers, the District shall schedule 1 day of student early release (3 total hours) in order to facilitate senior boards.
D. State and federal programs may dictate that some parent-teacher conferences be scheduled in the first opportunity to conference each school year. Beyond that, teachers have autonomy to schedule conferences, so long as every student’s parents are provided at least an opportunity for an annual conference.
E. Teachers are expected to use early-release time to schedule parent conferences. They may use time outside the work day at the request of specific parents, or if the building staff and administration choose to shift time outside the work day. If, within these parameters, teachers meet their conferencing expectations, they may use additional conference time for planning and preparation.
Conferencing. Canada - shall mean Global Crossing Conferencing-Canada, Ltd., a corporation formed under the federal laws of Canada, and its permitted successors and assigns. Consolidated Interest Charges - means, for any period, for the Parent and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis, the sum of (a) all interest, premium payments, debt discount, fees, charges and related expenses of the Parent and its Subsidiaries in connection with borrowed money (including capitalized interest) or in connection with the deferred purchase price of assets, in each case to the extent treated as interest in accordance with GAAP and (b) the portion of rent expense of the Parent and their Subsidiaries with respect to such period under Capitalized Leases that is treated as interest in accordance with GAAP. Consolidated Net Income - means, for any period, for the Parent and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis, the net income of the Parent and its Subsidiaries (excluding extraordinary cash and non-cash gains and excluding extraordinary non-cash losses but including extraordinary cash losses) for that period.
Conferencing. Audio Conferencing: In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will be charged fixed per-minute per bridge rates ranging from $0.1075 to $0.3900 for the following Conferencing Services: Domestic Audio Conferencing: Fixed per-minute rates per participant for domestic Audio Conferencing calls originating and terminating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, based on method. Video Conferencing: In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will be charged fixed per-minute rates per site ranging from $0.81 to $4.00 per site for the following Video Conferencing Services: Domestic Video Conferencing: Port usage charges and Dial-Out Transport charges per increment of 2 channel 112/128 kbps, for domestic Video Conferencing calls originating and terminating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
